Truly, truly amazing! The staff are super friendly and helpful with everything. The stay was exceptionally comfortable, and the hotel is right next to all the major attractions—super close to everything. First of all, a big thumbs-up for the hotel's location 👍! Elephant Trunk Hill, East and West Alleys, and the Two Rivers and Four Lakes are all within walking distance. We also went to Yangshuo for a bamboo raft ride; it's only about 65 kilometers to Chaobanshan Wharf, making a day trip totally hassle-free. Nearby Zhengyang Road and Yiren Road pedestrian streets offer a wide variety of local food, so whether you go out to eat or order delivery, it's super convenient. Traveling by car, the hotel contacted us in advance via WeChat to share the parking lot location. After checking in, the young lady at the front desk even pulled out a map and gave us a detailed breakdown of where all the attractions were. We truly felt everyone's genuine warmth here 🤗. Breakfast is served at the 9th-floor atrium, and as luck would have it, our room was also on the 9th floor. The hotel thoughtfully installed soundproofing strips on our door frame, so we didn't have to worry about any noise. My parents and I slept wonderfully during our stay. The room is very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Daily housekeeping was thorough, and supplies like bottled water and tissues were always promptly restocked. They even added a wind deflector to the AC vent! You can really feel the attentive and thoughtful service in every little detail ☺️. Guilin's landscape is truly peerless under heaven—it certainly lives up to its fame 😘.

The hotel's location is superb! Turn right out of the hotel, pass Ba Wang Cha Ji, go through the alley, and you'll reach Zhengyang Pedestrian Street, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was attentive. It's a great choice for travelers, and I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I visit Guilin. The projection room even has VIP access, so you can watch 'Empresses in the Palace' and 'Chinese Paladin' 😉😉

Traveling with family, the location was excellent, very convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The food recommendations from the staff were also reliable, saving us a lot of trouble. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and provided us with a lot of help. Breakfast was simple but delicious; the rice noodles were good, I had two bowls.

The hotel was very clean, free from any unpleasant odors, and its location was really convenient. The bathroom floor had a bit of a rusty look, but the front desk service was excellent. They helped carry my luggage to the room during check-in and even assisted with bringing it to the roadside for my ride to the station. Big thumbs up! The family room was spacious and comfortable, with a children's tent and plush toys that made it fun and appealing for kids; my little one absolutely loved it. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. There's a food street nearby with all sorts of snack shops and restaurants, which was very convenient.

This is a truly warm hotel. The front desk and restaurant staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The front desk even prepared a toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, and a small toy for our child, and provided us with a map highlighting city attractions and navigation. The next day, we left our car parked at the hotel when we went to Yangshuo, which gave us great peace of mind.

Extremely satisfied! Upon checking in at the front desk, they saw we had a child and immediately upgraded us to a family room. The room had a kids' tent, a rocking horse, and outside there was a dedicated play area for children with building blocks and more. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly. Parking was convenient, right in the hotel's basement. Breakfast offered a good variety, and it's super close to Elephant Trunk Hill, within walking distance.
