Moreover, they have a VERY CUTE dog

This hotel is lovely - the rooms are comfortable and clean, the location is nice (right on the bank of a small river), and the staff is so kind and helpful. I don't speak very good Mandarin and they were so patient with me, helped me figure out how to get to Longji rice terraces, book tickets for attractions, etc. The hotel has a coffee shop attached to it, and you get a coupon for free coffee for each night you stay. The coffee shop is lovely, too! You can enjoy your coffee watching the river or inside. The hotel also has a pet corgi who greets guests - so cute! I'd definitely stay again!

LOVED THE PLACE AND THE SERVICE. THE ROOM WAS COZY AND CLEAN. LOVED THE COFFEE SHOP NEARBY AND THE DOG ! HAAPPY THE DOG MADE ME MISS HOME A LITTLE LESS! WILL RETURN IF I GO BACK. A LITTLE HARD TO FIND BUT TOTATLLY WORTH IT!

Amazing room, clean and very nice and spacious, good location, close to the touristic highlights of Guilin, staff helped me book the Li river cruise and went beyond expectations to help me out!

I had a wonderful experience here! The neighborhood is nice and the staff were very helpful in booking me a Li River cruise. The coffee is affordable and excellent, the resident corgi was adorable!!

Lovely hotel with nice view of the river. Friendly and helpful young staff, they seem like a group of friends which is really nice. Free coffee downstairs is a perfect start to the day. Room was clean and comfy, blanket maybe a little thin in the winter but apart from that a very nice place to stay for a few days!

Room looked nicer in the photo than in person. The bathroom stank of cigarette smoke, which leaked into the bedroom, and there were some dark stains on the wall above the bed. Additionally, the wifi barely worked and none of the channels on the TV worked. Overall not satisfied.
