Fabulous hotel and service. Staff are very attentive and considerate, offering help and guidance throughout our trip. The room itself was great, with fantastic view, comfortable bed and available amenities. Location is also ideal, within walking distance la to many of Guilin tourist spots. Would highly recommend the hotel to friends and family and would not hesitate to stay here again!

What an amazing stay 🙌 Perfect location. Perfect view. Perfect staff. I will be back soon. Thank you to the staff they ALL from arrival till departure were just amazing. I fell in love with Guilin and this amazing hotel. Fond memories ❤️

First time to travel to Guilin and had an excellent experience staying in this hotel. All services are good and the room is clean and comfortable. Surely will come back again and highly recommend all tourists to stay her

The hotel is absolutely beautiful just on top of the river with spectacular view. The room is quite spacious and the service is top notch. They even ask if the breakfast was to our liking and changed some things as per our feedback. The restaurant is with amazing food and view. Would recommend. There is a quite big child playclub, although slightly on the empty side, however it is free of additional charge.
There are few cons to consider - the fitness is just 2 treadmills and a yoga mat :)

Our room had a magnificent view of the Li River. The sightseeing spots in Guilin City were all in walkable distance of the hotel.
The breakfast had a good amount of variety and you can even get the typical Guilin Rice Noodles if you want.
The service was over the top (everyone was super friendly and attentive). If you have any questions the staff replies to your messages within minutes. We were asked if the breakfast is alright or if they should prepare a more western one for us. They probably also saw our bin filled with empty water bottles and provided us 1.5L bottles for free 😂
Will most certainly recommend this hotel to my friends and family and would also come myself again!

Everything here was good. The food, cleanliness & the staffs. They even help us to do our laundry. The restaurant’s staffs were great. We enjoyed the Guilin noodle, which we will highly recommend to those saying there. The only issue is the location which is a little far from the pedestrian street. However it is not a big issue as you can simply take the didi, which is convenient and easy to use. We booked for a room that faces the mountain but changed it to one facing the river, which is so much better.
