SYYF Hotel(Guilin Shiyuyuanfang)

This hotel offers breathtaking views and incredibly thoughtful service. Even though heavy rain kept us indoors, the cafe's scenery was enough to lift our spirits. We spent a whole afternoon and morning at the hotel, just relaxing and admiring the beautiful views, even trying out rope weaving. In the evening, there was a sound bath healing session, and the rooftop pool was absolutely stunning. You don't need to leave the hotel to experience the essence of Guilin's landscapes. And the location? It's super convenient for getting anywhere. Coming here truly fulfills the dream of a poetic and distant getaway 😊

The location is fantastic, the food is delicious, and it's just beautiful. Every time I stay here, the environment is great, the cleanliness is excellent, and the service is always good. I'll definitely be back!

After exiting the highway, it took us about ten minutes to reach the hotel by car. The hotel is centrally located, and the parking lot is in an alley directly opposite the hotel; just follow the signs to park. The hotel lobby is lovely, with excellent views. You can order a fragrant osmanthus latte at the lobby cafe, relax, take some photos, and check in. During the holidays, the front desk staff, as well as all other staff members (including housekeepers and restaurant staff), were incredibly busy but remained enthusiastic and patient, attending to every detail. They even gave us a small souvenir gift after check-out. If I ever visit Guilin again, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

This was a very satisfying stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. In the evenings, you could even choose your preferred pillow. Breakfast was exceptionally rich and delicious, featuring local Guilin specialties like rice noodles and oil tea. We were also lucky enough to catch a cormorant fishing demonstration. It's the rainy season now, but the scenery in Guilin is still stunning even with the rain. All in all, I was extremely pleased!

The facilities are complete and comfortable, the environment is elegant and clean, and the scenery is exceptionally beautiful – perfect for photos whether it's cloudy or sunny. The activities are also rich and varied. The service is polite and friendly, and the outdoor pool is super photogenic.

After browsing many hotels, I still chose this one, mainly for the beautiful scenery. Even though I had to rush to catch a boat early the next morning, I found that staying in a picturesque hotel just puts you in a better mood. My child loved playing in the pool and didn't want to get out. We had dinner at the hotel, but next time I'll order in advance, as everything is made fresh here, which means a longer wait. The butler service was very thoughtful; they proactively asked about our needs and resolved issues promptly. A wonderful vacation started at a beautiful hotel!

As a hotel professional myself, I found everything here, from the surroundings and facilities to the room design and service quality, absolutely impeccable. It was a truly satisfying choice. I traveled with four elderly family members this time, and staying by the Li River, next to Fubo Hill, everyone was incredibly happy, constantly taking photos and sharing them on social media. They had a blast! I particularly want to commend the front desk staff; their service was so enthusiastic. They patiently answered all our questions, and even saw us off to the car at check-out, gifting us some Guilin souvenirs. It was incredibly touching. The seniors all said they want to return to this warm, friendly city and stay at this hospitable hotel again. Highly, highly recommend! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Almost forgot, their braised pork noodles for breakfast were delicious! 😋

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The family room was great, and the front desk even upgraded our room type. The service was exceptional, and the environment was lovely. Any requests we had were met with a quick response, making our stay incredibly comfortable. They also offered a complimentary travel photography session, and even though it was free, the staff were incredibly enthusiastic, attentive, and patient. The traditional ethnic clothing combined with the scenic backdrop made for some truly stunning photos. I especially want to praise the photographer, who spent over an hour with us, patiently changing scenes and props, and even guiding us on poses. The post-production team was also super quick in getting us the photos, and despite the speed, the quality was impeccable. You could tell they put a lot of effort into editing, and the final results were amazing. I'll definitely be staying here again when I come back to Guilin. From every aspect, it was a 100% perfect experience, absolutely superb!

The location is convenient for getting around, and the hotel environment is comfortable and elegant. The butler service staff are attentive and understand guest needs. During the May Day holiday, there was complimentary afternoon tea and a travel photography service. Free tea and fruit were also available in the lobby.
