服務周到，精裝修房，房間整潔乾淨，寬敞明亮，是間山景房，衞生用品齊全，有一次性拖鞋。有電梯，電梯間設計合理，不幹擾其他房間安靜。鄰近餐飲超市眾多便利，近公交車站，近文化廣場，距離西山風景區500餘米。

服務周到，基礎設施齊全，衞生較乾淨，但是房間有股煙味，除味工作還需要加強。周圍吃的店子還比較多，但是沿路公交車不算很多，比較難等。
