The amenities, water, coffee, and tea provided were all high-quality and quite upscale, and overall acceptable. The downside was that the decorator, likely inexperienced, lacked some essential amenities, such as the lack of storage for clothes or towels in the bathroom. Furthermore, the teacups were unwashed and filthy. Although disposable cups and two extra bottles of water were delivered after a complaint, the apparent lack of cleanliness easily led to customer distrust and concerns about the hygiene of other areas.

The hotel is very new, with complete facilities and cleanliness. The rooms are stylishly decorated and spacious. They also upgraded to a family room with two rooms for free. The experience is very good, not inferior to star hotels. The breakfast is rich and tastes good. It is suitable for business trips and family trips. I will choose here next time. The price/performance ratio is very good ~ I forgot to take a photo, so I uploaded the tabby cat I met in the lobby plus my cute little nephew😝

Terrible!!! If you don't want to ruin your experience, don't book this place. It's a big waste of time! Especially if you're getting married, don't book this place. It's truly a life-threatening event! Terrible service! Terrible parking! Terrible rooms! I booked over a dozen rooms, but nothing was done, only money was charged! They even demanded the final 200 yuan payment before I even moved in! Terrible service. The noise went on until 3 or 4 in the morning, and no one cared. The staff was difficult to communicate with and didn't resolve the issue. I was up until 3 or 4 in the morning for my wedding the next day. I only changed rooms after insisting, and after a long wait. The next day, they even asked me for a 30 yuan cleaning fee! Outrageous! I wasn't given any basic experience or service, and instead they demanded various fees. This is a mismatch between the product and the price. They're defrauding consumers. I'm definitely going to file a complaint with the Consumers Association and the Market Supervision Bureau.
