This stay exceeded my expectations. The room was incredibly clean, with no strange odors, and the bed was just the right firmness, making for a super comfortable sleep. The front desk staff were gentle and patient, always promptly resolving any issues. The hotel's location is also excellent, making it convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, and the facilities are well-maintained. It offers great value for money, perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

I arrived quite late, but the front desk service was excellent. They even offered a free room upgrade and asked if I wanted a late-night snack – the fermented glutinous rice balls were absolutely delicious! The bedding was super comfortable, and there was a bathtub. I was traveling with my mom, and the hotel's location is fantastic; it's very close to the White House. Just exit the elevator, turn right, and walk about 200-300 meters, and you're at Exit B of Songhua Road subway station, which is quite convenient. It's also only two stops from Qianling Park. The snacks near Qianling Park are a bit cheaper than those in Huaguoyuan. This hotel has an excellent location; you can book it without hesitation!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! From the moment I checked in, I experienced warm and friendly service. Since it was the off-season, they upgraded me to a suite for free because they had availability. The complimentary afternoon tea and late-night snack sets were both excellent, clean, hygienic, and delicious. The living environment was superb, beautiful and comfortable, and the projector worked great. The amenities provided by the hotel were also very comprehensive. You should definitely go for this hotel; it offers incredible value for money.

The room was spotless and had a lovely European-style decor. They offered complimentary milk and eggs for breakfast, free afternoon tea and coffee, and even late-night snacks. The location was fantastic, with plenty of eateries downstairs, and it was just a 5-minute walk to the White House.

Coming from the north, we were absolutely blown away by the service at this hotel! They offer afternoon tea daily and a late-night snack, plus thoughtful little extras like eye masks and earplugs. Since Guizhou is often rainy, they even provide umbrellas for guests. The room has a mini-fridge that's restocked daily with water and drinks, and it's kept sparkling clean. Every day, they proactively ask if we'd like our bedding changed. The smart controls in the room are powered by Xiao Du, and the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation. After a long day of sightseeing, it's lovely to sit by the window, relax, and have some snacks and drinks. The hotel's design is also very artistic. Located in the Huaguoyuan community, it's super convenient for ordering food delivery. We were just transiting through Guiyang, and it was close to our travel connections too. All in all, we had a fantastic stay!

The room was beautiful and the service was excellent. They even delivered afternoon tea and late-night snacks to the room, along with red wine and cocktails. It's right next to the White House, and the night view is absolutely stunning. Highly recommend!

Very convenient to separate washroom and sink Quaint to sit on elevated platform at window and enjoy afternoon tea provided by hotel. Would be nicer if cushions have a back to lean against

The room was spacious, and the hotel service was excellent. During the Chinese New Year, they even prepared red envelopes for the children, which was a very thoughtful touch. It's very close to the White House Twin Towers, and I highly recommend experiencing it. They offer afternoon tea and late-night snacks delivered to the room every day. The roasted sweet potatoes were delicious! They provide many thoughtful amenities, and the laundry room and gym are fully equipped.

I stayed for two nights and experienced different rooms. They were very spacious, and the service was attentive. The afternoon tea and late-night snacks offered a wide variety of choices, all complimentary, showing great care. The front desk is on the 17th floor, with a comfortable common area where you can see the Dolphin Plaza and Twin Towers in the distance. It was very pleasant to sit there, chat, and enjoy the night view. The hotel is located in Huaguoyuan, Asia's largest community, and this building is almost entirely composed of various hotels, giving you a taste of the dense high-rise cityscape. Getting around by taxi is quite convenient.

The location is excellent, with convenient transport links. The room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed. The staff were very warm and happy to provide all kinds of assistance. The accommodation environment and hygiene are much better than other hotels in the same price range. The service attitude is fantastic, and they even offer free late-night snacks and afternoon tea. Highly recommended!
