Guiyang Airport Garden Hotel

When I first checked in, it seemed okay. I dropped off my luggage and went out to explore, only returning at night. It wasn't until I lay down on the bed that I noticed the pillow smelled strongly of stale hair oil. I called the front desk to ask for a replacement, but the new one they brought still had the same smell.

The front desk staff were absolutely amazing – super warm, attentive, and proactive in offering help multiple times. They were quick to resolve any minor issues, which made me feel really at ease. A definite thumbs up for this stay! The room itself was very comfortable and spotless. Plus, they offer airport transfers, and it's just far enough from the airport that you can't hear the planes, making it very quiet. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were polite and attentive. The parking lot was also very spacious. It's only a 10-minute drive from the airport. The hotel's buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and on our first day, we even got to try Guizhou's special noodles, which tasted fantastic! For a budget hotel at this price, the value for money is absolutely amazing.

I booked this hotel because I had an early flight the next morning. The service was very thoughtful; Mr. Luo, who drove me to the airport, was friendly, polite, and proactively helped with my luggage. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Guiyang and try out the swimming pool!

The hotel looks quite upscale. The room offered great value for money. It was very quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast spread was quite varied! My child loved it and said they want to stay here again next time!

Facilities: They're decent. There's smart service, a gym, and a swimming pool, but they're not in the hotel itself; they're in the adjacent sports park. Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy. Environment: There's a forest park and other attractions nearby, so there's plenty to do. It's pretty good. Service: The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic. One young man even upgraded our room, and the housekeeping lady was also very good. The breakfast was delicious too. Overall, it was great.

I booked this hotel so that my child could have a quiet rest at noon and at night during the three-day college entrance examination. It was really comfortable. The hotel's surroundings are elegant, the rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are wide and tidy, the terrace is delightful, and the breakfast is rich. The most considerate thing is the service here. Both the room service and the front desk service are very warm and provided me with a lot of help. Super cost-effective!
