About an hour before I was due to arrive the host contacts me to say that he is afraid of receiving criminals. At this late time, I was told that the host would not honour the booking. At this late time, I managed to find somewhere else to stay, but it was inconvenient and offensive to be treated like this. Trip.com have promised a refund. It hasn't arrived yet but I hope to receive it soon.

這家是我多年出差，為數不多的，極差評商家！嚴重懷疑，他的評分太扯！
理由：
1、費了好大的周折，電梯故障，等電梯時間特別長，才到了商家説的45樓前台，打電話，酒店告知他們並沒有前台，又給我重新發了一個位置，繞來繞去的，拖着行李箱，還要經過一個大上坡，又是繞來繞去的才到達了另外一棟的頂樓房間。商家的訊息造假，平台的監督不力，都給差評！！！
2、房間設施簡陋，床上用品特別的薄，衞生條件太差！床頭掉皮，牀頭櫃及房間設備太垃圾！
3、房間竟然連純凈水都沒有，還要從45樓下去買水！
這次體驗感超級差，定了三晚，衹住了一晚。房價最多價值100元！絕對拉黑，再不住這家！

很少很少給差評，首先酒店設施很不完全，沒有水給了個燒水壺，沒有一次性拖鞋，衹有兩雙穿了很久的拖鞋，其次，廁所衞生很差，有很多污垢，根本看不出來是一家新開業的酒店，不知道那些好評是怎麼來的，最後，這個床的床單蓋着不舒服，枕頭也是説不出來的那種差，睡眠質量很一般

新裝修的房間和圖片中一樣，下樓過條馬路就是五里沖地鐵站，周邊購物吃飯都很方便，41樓房間直接可以看到阿哈湖濕地公園
