The room was absolutely fantastic! It was spacious, clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to the North Station. The ladies at the front desk were all incredibly kind and gentle. They promptly resolved any issues I had, which was super thoughtful and welcoming.

Facilities: They use a whole-room smart voice system, which is very convenient. The toilet seat is heated, and hot water comes out super fast. The nightlight by the bed is a nice touch. Cleanliness: Clean and comfortable. Especially the bedding and mattress, very comfortable, I slept really well. Service: The front desk service was excellent; they are well-trained, professional, and friendly. The shuttle driver for station pick-up and drop-off was also fantastic – punctual and efficient, making for a great experience. Throughout this trip, I've stayed at Jinjiang Group hotels, and every single one has been incredibly comfortable. I'm now a big fan of the Jinjiang Group!

Coming to Guiyang? You *have* to stay here! The value for money is absolutely incredible, and they haven't skimped on service quality at all. The facilities are super comprehensive. Breakfast offers a wide variety and tastes great, it's just fantastic! The hotel staff are incredibly warm and welcoming; they're always quick to help with any issues. I felt so comfortable and secure staying here, it truly felt like home.

The rooms are very clean and the management is well-organized, much better than those hotels that only occupy one floor upstairs. It's very convenient to stay here, quite close to the North Station and not too far from Qianling Park. It feels much safer and more reliable than staying in a small hotel. Highly recommend!
