The hotel environment is comfortable and the facilities are well-equipped, featuring smart home technology throughout. The front desk staff even helped us upgrade our room, and the service was excellent. We overslept and missed breakfast, but the restaurant lady kindly allowed my boyfriend to take it to our room. It was a truly thoughtful experience! 👍👍

It’s been two years since I've been home for Chinese New Year, and staying in Guiyang this time felt really good. The breakfast included noodles and other dishes, which suited my taste perfectly.

This hotel deserves a five-star review! For 150 RMB, you get five-star service. They provide single-use bath towels, regular towels, and slippers. The toiletries are also individual, squeeze-dispense packaging. It has smart home features, a smart toilet, and a completely separate wet and dry area, so you can shower and use the toilet at the same time. Located on the 19th floor, the high-rise offers expansive views. The front desk has a self-service automatic freshly ground coffee machine, tea, candy, and cookies. Breakfast is available for 15 RMB per person, and children eat for free – and it's delicious! They also have a public washer-dryer combo. If someone else is using it, the front desk can even help put your laundry in and you won't need to hang it to dry – just wear it directly. There's a Tmall Genie to keep kids entertained. We stayed for two nights in Guiyang, and this is a genuinely great hotel experience. A definite thumbs up!

The front desk staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and it's super close to the High-Speed Rail North Station. They even have a cozy coffee lounge.
