**差評！這家酒店太讓人失望了！** 很少寫差評，但這次必須吐槽！從入住到退房處處踩雷： 1. **前台糊弄人**：説"要4小時消毒"，結果到店發現就是隨便沖沖池子，純屬敷衍！ 2. **停車場沒人管**：車子亂停亂放，管理完全缺失。 3. **早餐難以下嚥**：固定套餐種類少，包子餡都餿了，這種質量也好意思提供？ 4. **私湯加料**：管理員衹説會掉樹葉，結果掉進鳥屎狀的不知名物體！更氣人的是這個問題早就知道存在卻一直不解決！擺爛式管理！ 5. **温泉温度失控**：聲稱的天然温泉水熱到70度必須兑自來水冷水才能泡，完全失去泡温泉的樂趣。 **總結**：硬件尚可，但管理太差！花錢買罪受，完全不推薦！反正是沒有回頭客了。再不換管理團隊，估計玩完。避雷！

上週六入住，因為看演唱會晚了，到酒店時間已經是11點左右了，首先是酒店標識不清晰，晚上沒什麼燈，到門口沒看到大堂，想着停到停車場吧，結果停車場也很野生所以還是上去了。去開了房後發現是家庭房，我們明明定的大床房，去問了前台説衹有這一間了沒注意房型給我們留，我請問呢？那我提前定幹嘛？那就想着將就住了，房間內部脱皮，蟲子多，房間温泉池也很臟。第二天醒來前台打電話來説一點退房，我確認了不能延遲退房後説那等我們十分鐘，她什麼都沒説很不禮貌的掛了。我們想着去游泳泡泡温泉再走，所以穿的酒店拖鞋。在餐廳門口有一灘水沒注意，摔了一跤，餐廳服務員在玩手機，抬頭看了一眼什麼都沒説。去跟前台反應，説餐廳是外包的沒辦法，還説讓我們不要穿酒店拖鞋出來會滑倒，那我在酒店不穿酒店拖鞋穿什麼？我們的袋子也摔爛了，讓她幫忙找一個新的我們套一下，她説沒有。最終的結局就是抱着爛袋子就走了。垃圾酒店，一輩子避雷，服務全貴陽最差不誇張。

避雷樂灣這家温泉我的車凌晨三點車門被打開我自己中午發現工作人員調的監控完全看不見我的車能錄到我車的監控告知我已壞還停的正大廳門口且告知我早上八點就有保安巡邏也沒發現問題所在全程沒有一句抱歉以及相關問題解決避雷避雷避雷

第一次遇到訂了房間進裏面還要再交門票錢的，住過很多温泉酒店，這是第一個交門票的，是帶了兩個小孩，我們也明確的説了不去公共區域，訂房間的目的就是想用私湯，不想去人多的地方。工作人員説，訂的時候有寫交門票錢，反正我翻了訂單看，沒有看見有寫這個東西，不是因為辦了入住，不退房費，真的就不想住了，這也就這一次，沒有下次了。

設施：設施很少，除了泡温泉就沒別的項目了。晚上8點以後想吃東西都點不了，衹能點外賣。衞生：衞生條件可以説一般，煙頭隨處可見。餐廳的工作人員在吧枱內吸煙我也是第一次見！也許是獨有特色吧。環境：私湯的整體環境還行。就是飛機的聲音特別吵！睡眠不好的我晚上壓根睡不好！床也特別硬。服務：工作人員特別少！除了辦理入住的前台，基本看不到工作人員。服務：全場垮臉服務，獨有的特色。沒有服務可言！
