The hotel is located in an office building. The room is spacious and well-equipped. It's also within walking distance of Jiaxiu Tower. The front desk staff was very welcoming and even managed to get us an early check-in despite it being peak season.

Licheng has dedicated parking spaces in the -3 underground parking lot of the mall it's located in. 2. **Bathrooms:** For our family of four, the duplex room only had one bathroom. However, there's a clean, large restroom on the fifth floor, where the hotel lobby is located, which solved our bathroom needs. 3. **Service:** I added the hotel concierge on WeChat, and they were very quick to respond to issues. Standard requests were all handled promptly. 4. **Cleanliness:** The hotel is a bit older, so the decor is a bit dated, but overall the cleanliness was good. 5. **Location:** It's situated on a bustling main road, with a small supermarket and a street full of food options nearby. It's adjacent to the Dusi Mansion, and a leisurely 20-minute walk to Jiaxiu Tower. 6. **Noise/AC:** The soundproofing from outside the room and from the window was slightly lacking. The air conditioning was powerful; I could hear the fan even on the lowest setting. These weren't major issues for me, but something for others to consider based on their preferences.
