衞生差！夜間睡覺會癢醒，第二天一起來起來就身上有好多丘疹，本來是想好好溝通自己修整改進，結果衞生阿姨還拒不承認，還把原因歸結到顧客身上！態度極差！又沒讓你賠償態度還差。已向觀山湖區衞生健康局反應，再有類似情況就等着關門吧！！！

房間整潔度可以，但洗漱用品有待提高，另外房間網絡也不行，直接不能用，浴室裏洗髮水喝沐浴露都沒有，熱水也時有時無

房子寬大就是房間用品太少了，電視效果也不好，wifi也沒有，建議多增添一些房間用品，比如抽紙，筆，飲水。

沒有一次性拖鞋 衞生間的暖氣和暖光燈都是壞的 隔音效果很不好 打車不能直接到樓下 要自己進小區自己找哪棟樓 出入需要登記很麻煩
