My excellent stay at the Pullman Guiyang – a true urban oasis! Having chosen the Pullman Guiyang upon arriving in the city, I can confidently say I made the right decision. The hotel boasts a convenient location, a welcoming staff, and clean, comfortable rooms—everything you'd expect from the upscale Pullman brand, known for its dynamic approach to hospitality for both business and leisure travelers. My stay was made even more special as it coincided with my birthday. To my delightful surprise, the staff not only gifted me a beautiful cake but also kindly upgraded my room. It was such a thoughtful touch that truly elevated my experience. The undeniable highlight of the hotel, however, is the Pets Animal Garden Restaurant. This place is an absolute gem—a veritable oasis in the heart of the city. While enjoying a delicious breakfast or dinner, you can gaze out the restaurant windows at a pond inhabited by graceful black swans. Step outside into the garden, and you find yourself surrounded by deer, friendly goats, peacocks, rabbits, and other animals roaming freely. You can even pet them! It was an incredibly joyful and unique experience. I would also like to extend a special thank you to the manager, Wesley. He was exceptionally attentive, courteous, and went above and beyond to assist me with various requests. His insightful recommendations on the best local attractions to visit were invaluable. Without a doubt, I will choose the Pullman Guiyang again on my next trip to the city. It was more than just a stay; it was a memorable experience.
