The room was fantastic and the front desk was friendly. The gym has a sauna. The breakfast pastries were not amazing as per other reviews here. Loved the music at breakfast.

Connected to this luxurious hotel is a mall which provides a short cut to the metro and the Central railway station. The indoor pool and roof top garden are fabulous but the breakfast whilst rich in diversity doesn't quite meet up to its five star standard.

Good one, good location and comfortable. The gym and swimming pool facilities are fantastic. Also has a Bluetooth speaker in the bedroom which was a cool touch.

Nice birthday cake arrangement and it’s walking distance to popular eating district.

The location is nearby old Guiyang station and surrounded by old buildings. There is a shopping beside though a bit old fashioned. The room is clean and service is good. Will choose again next time going to Guiyang.

Very spacious hotel. The elevators were top end. Wonderful views, very nice rooms. Wonderful room service. I liked the easy to use safe in my room. Very good location. attached to the hotel is a shopping center with restaurants and fast-food restaurants. Behind the shopping center is a very long food-street. Under the road to the nearby railway station and subway station is a vegetable market. A 10km. taxi ride to the west-railway station was about 35 yuan.

Room: Stayed on the 27th floor in one of the executive rooms and it definitely was not executive. Luxury was definitely lacking as most of the interior in the bathroom/shower bath area was old and in need of help. The closet was so dusty inside too. However the room itself was nice enough with a big enough bed and a good view of the city. Complimentary fruit was there on arrival but compared to other executive rooms in hotels it missed the personal touch. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was fine enough with cakes, salad and some hot dishes alongside fruit and beverages. Would be nice if they offered wine though. Staff: staff here are wonderful. Very attentive and cheerful. Cleaners, waiters, reception and everything in between- all lovely people. Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the highlight. Absolutely delicious and such a wide variety of to choose. Western and Chinese dishes are available with plenty of fruit and bakery items too. Fantastic. Location: Easy enough to reach plenty of attractions and snack street is very close by. Overall a pleasant stay.

First of all，much better service than other same level hotels in Guiyang. Great experience no matter from breakfast quality to front desk， management team had done a great job. btw location wise its really close to the new MIXC which is really convenient ！ Also a popular local snack street near by.

Good location but hotel is rather old. Shower floor is very slippery. Dangerous.

I'm a frequent guest at this hotel and was delighted to be back again as I knew some of the staff very well. The accommodation, restaurant, gym is always on par the the best. There's also a new KTV on the 2nd floor and The Galaxy Club beside the hotel offers good entertainment to unwind. The hotel is in the process to change the lift system which causes construction noises but it's bearable. Overall this a great hotel and I'm looking forward to stay there again for my next business trip

Disappointing for a 5-star hotel. Room was clean and comfortable - really spacious bathroom. Fitness center was large with lots of equipment. But service was mediocre. Check-in was slow and everyone just seemed alarmed to have to deal with a westerner (even though I am Chinese-speaking!) Smoking in the public areas and the lobby is huge and dated, few seats. It just doesn’t have the luxurious and welcoming feel of a good hotel! Just spent 3 weeks staying in guesthouse across Yunnan and we got much better welcome and service for a third of the price! Oh and the location is not great for tourists. The only redeeming feature is a huge slick mall a few blocks away.
