The room was quite spacious, but the bed was too soft; I just sank into it and woke up with a terrible backache the next day. Breakfast was a mob scene, with people crammed together, making for a really poor dining experience. Overall, the service was just average!

Came specifically to stay at the Anantara Guiyang Resort and booked a One-Bedroom Private Pool Villa—a 10/10 perfect experience for the entire trip! Tucked away in the mountains and forests, the resort offers a serene and peaceful environment. The standalone villas provide ultimate privacy, complete with a private courtyard and a personal swimming pool. The rooms are spacious, blending Thai design with Guizhou Miao embroidery elements, and the soft furnishings are exquisite and spotless. Soaking in the scenic bathtub while gazing out at the mountains creates an incredible vibe. Getting around the resort is easy with the golf cart shuttle service, and the breakfast offers a great variety. The overall facilities are well-maintained. Far from the hustle and bustle of the city, it’s ideal for relaxation and healing. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a quiet, private getaway. I will definitely choose the One-Bedroom Villa again next time, and a special shoutout to our attentive butler, Nia!

After returning from Ayana Bali, my child asked if there were similar hotels in China. I searched and found Anantara. Although it's not the same chain, both are Southeast Asian-style hotels with a similar vibe. The price was only a third of Ayana's, so I booked it directly. It truly lives up to its five-star rating; the experience was noticeably different from regular hotels: First, the room design. The shower, vanity, and toilet were in the same space but discreetly partitioned, allowing a family of three to use them simultaneously without disturbance. Second, the blackout curtains were excellent. Even with bright sunshine outside, the room was perfect for sleeping once the curtains were drawn. Third, the staff were genuinely warm and enthusiastic. When we couldn't find a parking spot in the garage, a staff member from the lobby accompanied us to the garage to help us search. The dining experience was also great. The Thai restaurant served authentic flavors, especially the Tom Yum Goong soup. A pleasant surprise was the coffee at breakfast; the beans had a rich and mellow flavor. Also, a big thank you to Nia for the continuous online support throughout our stay, reminding us of various details. My only minor regret: Southeast Asian hotels usually offer welcome drinks, but this one didn't. Otherwise, the overall experience was excellent and very suitable for families with children. The pool was heated, and there was a dedicated lifeguard.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Apple, our butler, provided excellent service; she contacted us in advance to discuss room details. The hotel itself is great, with many activities, and Apple also informed us about them and helped with reservations. The hotel's spa was incredibly relaxing, I even fell asleep, haha! Highly recommend it! Perfect for family trips and couples' getaways.

This is my second stay at this hotel after 5 years, and it was a fantastic experience. It has a great nostalgic charm and the layout is still top-notch, truly reflecting the quality you'd expect from a big brand. This time, they also hosted a series of wellness courses. I was so happy to participate in different courses, and I'm really looking forward to my next visit!

The hotel grounds are expansive with lush greenery, providing an abundance of negative ions. Every staff member, including the cleaning crew, is professional and greets you warmly. There are plenty of activities from morning to night, keeping both children and adults entertained. We tried all three restaurants, and the food was excellent. A special thanks to Ivy, our dedicated concierge, for her incredibly quick responses and superb attitude! This was a perfect experience, and we look forward to staying again soon.

Upon arrival, they assisted with check-in and meticulously introduced the resort facilities, dining options, and daily activities. During our stay, Fanda was incredibly responsive, whether it was arranging restaurant seating, providing room supplies, or offering advice on local attractions. Fanda was always patient, thoughtful, and meticulous, ensuring everything was handled smoothly. They provided attentive follow-up throughout our stay, swiftly and appropriately resolving any minor issues. The butler service was both professional and warm!
