City Comfort Inn Hotel (Guiyang Metro Statiou,Taiping Road Popular Street Branch)

The room was clean and tidy, just a bit small. Xiao Juan at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming!

The hotel is too old. Over 400 a night during the summer holiday is really not worth the price. It's very, very dirty. The shower floor is full of old stains, the room walls are dirty and damaged, and there are thick old stains all over the room floor. I don't know how they clean it. We made do for two nights. The location is convenient, close to the subway.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent! The hotel is conveniently located near the city center fountain, making it easy to get around. Highly recommended.

I extended my stay for another night. Although it was a bit pricey, the front desk service was excellent; they allowed for a late check-out. Plus, they have their own private parking lot, which is super convenient for those traveling by car.

The sink was leaking, and despite calling and messaging the front desk multiple times, no one responded or came to fix it. Every time I used the sink, water would overflow everywhere.

I always prefer staying at chain hotels when I travel, and this time I chose City Comfort Inn. It's super convenient – just about 100 meters from the subway station. Plus, there's a commercial street right next door, so it's easy to stroll around and shop. Getting to attractions is a breeze by bus or subway. The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious. The front desk staff, especially Ms. Cai, was incredibly warm and patient; she felt like a friendly younger sister. It was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely choose this place again when I return to Guiyang.
