## Amenities: The room amenities were quite good, generally fitting the price point. The window offered a city view, and the bed was super large – easily big enough for four people. ## Food: Breakfast was served until 1 PM, which is fantastic for those who like to sleep in. When we arrived after 10 AM, the restaurant wasn't crowded; it seemed a wave of people had just left. However, the food was replenished very quickly, so it never felt like we were eating leftovers. While it wasn't as extensive as a five-star hotel, the variety was certainly enough, with all the essentials covered. My child absolutely loved the beef noodles/vermicelli and had a bowl every day. ## Service: I'd give the service an A+! The freshly ground coffee from the front desk was delicious. Both the beverages and the front desk staff were incredibly nice. The laundry service was also excellent; just leave your dirty clothes at the door, and they'll be returned dried and folded. ## Cons: The cleanliness wasn't spotless; the toilet wasn't as clean as it could be, perhaps due to ongoing renovations, making it feel a bit rough. The elevators, shared by multiple hotels, were a bit cluttered and visually inconsistent, though the lobby environment was quite good, with an artistic and light luxury vibe. The hotel's public areas were mainly limited to the lobby, with no other recreational facilities. Also, there weren't many good dining options within walking distance. ## Overall Impression: Overall, the experience was quite good. For its price, it's a decent choice. The hardware was standard, but the service was a huge plus, making us feel very welcome.

I absolutely love Guizhou! I came to Guiyang again for Shen Shen's concert this time and chose to stay here primarily because it's so close to the Olympic Sports Center, just two subway stops away. There are also lots of great food options right next to the hotel. The room was incredibly clean and tidy, and housekeeping did a very thorough job. The guys and gals at the front desk were all so welcoming and always happy to help. I love Guiyang and will definitely be back if I get the chance!

I highly recommend this 4-star hotel, it offers excellent value for money. Although it's located in a building with several hotels, the elevator requires a room key card to access your floor, which is a nice security feature. The absolute best part is the laundry service. There's a dedicated attendant on-site; you just place your dirty clothes in a basket (underwear and socks are not allowed). They even deliver your clean clothes back to you the next morning. My ID was still in my pants, and the attendant went out of their way to bring it back to me late at night – huge kudos to them! The room itself is spacious and comfortable. It would be even better if there was a long table for sharing meals with friends. Both breakfast and brunch are buffet style, and the restaurant environment is pleasant. They also offer free cocktails in the evening. Considering it saved me money on two meals, the value for money is truly unbeatable.

The hotel offers good value for money, and the environment is decent. It's a bit far from the city center, though, so you'll need to take a taxi or subway to get to the attractions. Breakfast was alright too. Overall, it's a pretty good stay.

The hotel service was good, and the location right by the road was easy to find. It's about 4-5 kilometers from the Olympic Sports Center, which isn't too far for a concert. The room had thoughtful little snacks, and the hot water was almost instant, no waiting needed. The shower pressure was fantastic; it was my first time experiencing a shower with such a powerful spray, haha! 😊(¯ｖ¯ )🚿 The Laifen hairdryer was also very convenient for washing hair, so you don't need to bring your own and can still get a good blowout. Overall, the experience was pretty good, though it would be even better if the hygiene details were more thoroughly addressed!

The facilities are outdated, making for a truly uncomfortable and very poor stay. The overall experience was severely overpriced. There were serious shortcomings in terms of cleanliness, hardware facilities, and service attitude, completely failing to meet the operational standards of a legitimate hotel. The room cleaning was extremely perfunctory; a damp, musty smell hit me as soon as I walked in. The bed sheets and duvet covers were far from smooth, with obvious wrinkles and indentations on the edges, suggesting they hadn't been changed. The nightstands and windowsill had noticeable dust accumulation, there were water stains on the bathroom floor, grime around the toilet rim, and uncleaned trash in the corners of the vanity. Basic hygiene standards weren't met, making me feel utterly disgusted and unsafe. The hotel's facilities are old and poorly maintained. The room lighting was dim, and some light fixtures flickered frequently due to poor contact. The air conditioning was incredibly noisy, with constant strange sounds at night severely disrupting my sleep. The doors and windows weren't properly sealed, leading to extremely poor soundproofing; I could clearly hear conversations in the hallway and doors opening/closing next door, waking me up repeatedly throughout the night and completely ruining my rest quality. The front desk staff were passive and cold, slow to act, and both check-in and check-out were incredibly inefficient. After I reported issues upon arrival, the staff showed no apology, made no effort to resolve them, and their attitude was dismissive and perfunctory, completely lacking any service consciousness. The online promotion severely misrepresents the reality, and the value for money is extremely low. As a paying guest, I didn't receive the most basic living experience or service guarantee; it was purely a waste of money. I genuinely advise against booking this place, I will never return, and I absolutely do not recommend it. How can this even be considered a 4-star hotel?
