酒店環境很好，交通方便，距離地鐵站很近，周邊商圈成熟，設施也很完善，衞生乾淨，服務很好！晚上有免費特色宵夜，味道也不錯，推薦。

標價兩三百的房間最多衹值一百多。房間老舊設施功能不齊.床單睡的身上都是癢的。電視機燒水壺都是壞的。客房服務人員打掃衞生的時候東西也不補齊。

來貴陽看陶喆演唱會，訂了這家酒店，離奧體不是很遠，樓下附近也有很多吃的店，入住的體驗很不錯，原本是大床房因為一點小問題，客服小姐姐主動幫我升級了房型，換成了套房，房間更大了！真的很nice！房間很乾凈衞生，設施也齊全智能，喊小度就可以搞定，環境不錯，還送歡迎果盤，房間裏的沙發坐着很舒服！床也很柔軟！前台小姐姐態度也很好，送了早餐券，早餐7點到11點，但是早上起不來就沒去吃哈哈，離地鐵站也不是很遠，步行十二三分鐘就可以到，總體來説值得推薦，去看演唱會的小夥伴可以住這家哦！！！

前台服務極差，不具備接人待物的基本素質，因為我一個人拎着五個行李，其中有3個行李箱，入住前已聯繫好會下樓幫忙取行李，車開不到門口，停在距離100米的位置，聯繫其過來取行李，卻怎麼也不願意來，非常不守信用。

房間衞生環境太差了，淋雨壞了不説，馬桶也坐上去就響。地板衞生就更別提了。本來想直接就退了換酒店的，但是趕了一天路太累了就將就住了一晚。原計劃住兩天🉐，看到這衞生環境直接取消隔日訂單！
