My best friend and I picked this hotel after doing some research for our Guiyang trip, and we definitely made the right choice! It's fantastic for photos and offers a great experience all around. The hotel's design aesthetic is truly impressive; from the lobby and hallways to the rooms themselves, everything is super stylish. You can snap a great picture almost anywhere, and I had so many people asking for the location after I posted them on social media. The location is absolutely perfect – right downstairs is a popular street food market, which made evening strolls and eating incredibly convenient. It's also close to the subway station, so getting to all the attractions was quick and easy. The room was spotlessly clean, with excellent natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly both nights. The toiletries were good quality and smelled lovely, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were very practical. The front desk staff provided exceptional service, answering all our questions and recommending local food spots that were all fantastic. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, the freshly ground coffee was delicious, and the Chinese breakfast dishes tasted authentic. It's incredibly good value for money; for about 200 RMB per person, it felt like a much more expensive hotel. It’s definitely the right choice for a trip with your bestie. I've already saved it for my next visit!

Five-star review! The hotel is on the street, but it's quiet with the windows closed. Jiaxiu Tower and Qingyun Night Market are within walking distance, and other further attractions are just a 10 to 20 RMB taxi ride away. If you're struggling to figure out where to eat or visit, just reach out to the butler, Ruyi—she replies instantly, and the hotel even provides a well-organized travel guide. I booked a twin room, and it felt quite spacious. It was roomy enough for two adults and three children. The service was excellent. I'm a new driver, and parking downstairs was a bit challenging, but someone helped me with both check-in and check-out, so I didn't have to worry at all. The young ladies at the hotel were very kind and proactive in resolving any issues. The hotel breakfast was also very rich and diverse. I left my phone charging in the room, so I didn't get a picture of the breakfast. The area downstairs is very bustling, close to many food streets, and there's another food street behind the hotel. The Luoguo restaurant there was particularly delicious. This stay was very comfortable. The hotel facilities are also complete, with a laundry room and a gym.

We picked the Shuiyuntian Hotel because of its proximity to the Jiaxiu Tower but it turned out to be more than that. The hotel is in a really convenient location for exploring the scenic area. Looking out the balcony of my bedroom I can see part of the Jiaxiu Pavilion. Yes it’s that close. We enjoyed walking around the area in the evening & after dinner on our way back we were treated to the amazing sight of the pride of Guiyang spectacularly illuminated. The service at this hotel is outstanding. In particular the receptionist is a fount of information, patient & helpful in responding to our needs. It was drizzling when we were there & the hotel thoughtfully provided us with an umbrella to venture out. The bedroom and bathroom were kept meticulously clean with a comfortable bed. Truly great value for money!

I was told that the other two 5-star hotels in Guiyang city center didn't have underground parking, so I was pleasantly surprised to find that this one does and parking is very convenient. The hotel is also within walking distance to Jiaxiu Tower, the Architectural Square, and the Guizhou National Museum. The hotel lobby is elegant and artistic, the rooms are spacious, clean, and hygienic, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options. The front desk staff are friendly and enthusiastic. When checking in, I had this indescribable feeling, like, ”This place is great, I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Guiyang.”

Great location, only 650 meters from Qingyun Market. The room design is convenient, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent. Plus, the front desk offers various complimentary disposable travel essentials, which is a really thoughtful touch! The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Parking is available right outside, but it can be a bit tight.

The staff are attentive and thoughtful, and there are many local specialty foods like 'Laoguo' nearby. Its city center location makes it very convenient for getting around. This stay was great! The hotel is conveniently located and travel is very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the lighting was good, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the sleep was very practical. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in efficiency is high, and the response is timely. The bathroom facilities are complete and the hot water is sufficient. The overall environment is quiet and the sound insulation effect is good. Very good value for money, health and service are online, I will choose this next time, I recommend everyone to stay.

The hotel's location is superb! Qingyun Market is right downstairs, offering fantastic food, drinks, and creative cultural products. It's only a 10-minute walk along the river to Jiaxiu Tower. The view from my room was amazing; I could see the river directly from the window, and watching the sunset reflect on the water in the evening created a wonderfully atmospheric scene. The room comes with a free high-definition projector for members, and the host was very thoughtful, even adding anti-collision protectors to table corners. The drying rack near the air vent and the takeaway trash bin were also very considerate touches. There's self-service laundry, and complimentary drinks and coffee are available. The guest room features smart home controls throughout, and the facilities are complete and spotless. The service was attentive and thoughtful, and getting around was convenient. Overall, my stay was incredibly satisfying, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

The hotel is very good. The location is quite good. There is a 24-hour supermarket next to it. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Jiaxiu Building. It is very close to the river. The bus stop at the door is also very convenient to go to the surrounding attractions.
