Ocean House by Youngs Suncoast

My family stayed at Ocean House 1503, Gulf Shores, AL in June 2024. This condo was horrible. The air did not work correctly, HVAC guy came at midnight the day we checked in and stated the unit on roof needed freon. The humidity in condo was at 92% and 80 degrees. The air continued to not work properly throughout our stay. Our clothes were wet, the floors were wet and there was a terrible odor all due to humidity. We tried to set the temp to 71 degrees but it appeared someone else was controlling the Nest thermostat. Upon arriving home, ALL of our clothes were damp and had a horrible smell. The condo overall needed lots of work, shower rods rusted out, sliding glass door handles broke, screen broke, laying on patio. The condo was dark, not nearly the space for 5 people. We have taken many beach trips, rented many condos and this was the worst. Disappointed
