Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Gulfport

Room was fine. The way my reservation was handled and I lost money. Totally unfair how it happened.

Our room had plenty of room and space to walk around. Cabinet space and sink beside the refrigerator and microwave was great.

The room was dirty , and got with the front desk and they didn’t do anything about it. Look like they would of give my money back but nothing was done , so I will not be staying at y’all hotels any more…

This was a unfortunate situation. We reserved a room at the Red Roof Inn, down the block, from this loaction, 6 months ago. When we arrived Red Roof Inn told us our reservation did not exist. I contacted ******* and they rebooked our room at the Econo Lodge for the same price. The property was very sub par. The first room we were in the shower/bathtub system had no hot water and was dirty. The second room had water seeping in under the floor. We were in a no win situation because we came to Mississippi for a giant car show that we had paid to be a part of. We knew there were no other hotels available, for a reasonable price, so, we had to stay. We had very long days, at the show and I guess that was a blessing to stay away from the area and this crappy room. I fault Red Roof Inn for lieing to us. They told us not to trust any third party like ******* The truth is they cancelled our room just so we would pay more. I also fault ******* for not guaranteeing our room and feel that we should not have had to pay for any of it. We deserve a refund. Will we get it, NO, because no one cares. Bottom line: 1. Red Roof Inn is at fault for all of this. 2. ******* is at fault for not guaranteeing our room. 3. ECONO LODGE for thinking such a crappy hotel would be acceptable to anyone.

Spider webs was everywhere, dusty, trash under the microwave, ashes or something behind the tv, the telephone didn’t work & couldn’t use the remote control to turn on the tv. Whoever cleans the room didn’t do a good job! I even purchased a suite but wasn’t nothing suite about the room! It was only spacious! The room was pose to be a smoking room but somehow Sunday I ran into the little sign that says the room was nonsmoking! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!

We always enjoy our stay here. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. Will continue to say here when we visit Gulfport.

The room was dingy, and the floor as well as the sheets were sandy. It was barely okay for a short overnight, but would not recommend!

My stay was amazing and yes I will book and stay here again I like staying here.

Horrible made my flush crawl ,my first room hadn’t been cleaned smelt like ****, my second room wasn’t cleaned, they had only one person cleaning the rooms, they wouldn’t refund me my money, third room was damp, everything was sweaty, smelt like mildew, floors slippery, no back on the remote control, door wouldn’t closed properly I slept with a chair against it, my last day two of the tv channels went green. The only positive thing about this dump was the young lady that checked me in she was so nice
