Our stay was wonderful at The Guest House from the time my husband called to make the reservation to the time we left. Jason, the owner was very professional but warm when my husband spoke to him to set up our reservation. The email reminders were great. Jason even happily took a selfie with our family which I am including in this review. The B&B is tastefully decorated and each room is cuter than the next. My husband and I stayed in the Crow’s Next downstairs and my daughter stayed in Audrey’s Attic. The beds were so comfortable and the extra touches were appreciated. I enjoying having access to a smart TV, extra blankets and reading materials. My 21 year old daughter was over the moon about the claw foot tub in her bathroom. Even my husband who normally doesn’t care about sleeping accommodations at all while traveling was gushing to his friends about how great The Guest House is. Each morning we were treated to a tasty full southern breakfast by Kathy (Jason’s assistant) Jason and Kathy even accommodated my Husband’s request to include my two sons who weren’t staying there (they stayed at my son’s apartment in D’iberville) in a special Mother’s Day breakfast for me in the dining room. Due to a medical condition, I sleep with a fan to stay extra cool. Jason quickly supplied a fan when asked. Upon our return to our rooms that night my room was nice and cold and a fan was placed in the room. My trip to see our son graduate from Officer training school at Kessler AFB was made extra special by our stay at The Guest House! This place deserves each and every star plus one more! Penny
