The hotel is located in sector 29, around 15 km from the IGI Airport and around 3 from the Delhi metro HUDA City centre or IFFCO Chowk stations. The location is quite good in terms of connectivity and safety. The hotel's reception, lounge, rooms, restaurant and washrooms are very clean. The staff are welcoming, professional, friendly and do everything to make you feel at ease. The rooms are comfortable, quiet and functional but feel a bit cramped for two persons. It would have been better if the washrooms were slightly larger too. The food is good, especially the breakfast buffet with live kitchen but the spread is limited for lunch & dinner and the taste is average. The hotel stands in a row with other hotels and has a common unsheltered parking. There is no valet parking facility. Overall it is a hotel for a short pleasant stay on a business visit or a short person visit on a tight budget.

The Place Gurugram, Radisson Individual in Gurugram is a small hotel sandwiched between two other hotels, in a row of hotels off the main expressway. Getting to the hotel from the airport was a challenge for the driver of Blue smart, and Uber was no better. It's because there are no clear signs to indicate when to enter into a side lane, parallel to the main road. The whole row of hotels suffer is problem. A Wine/Alcohol superstore and a square like, brewpub restaurants are within 5-10 minutes walking distance. PROs: The hotel is small and quiet, the lobby and reception are compact, and the restaurant is to the left. The WiFi signal was good. The restaurant staff and the young front reception staff very extremely helpful. The room was spacious and bed very comfortable. CONs: The buffet breakfast was a bit of a disappointment compared to other comparable hotels. Did not notice a bar. The exercise room/gym is in the basement; and could not find it easily. Given it's location, I was surprised that the hotel did not exchange foreign currency. Hunting for a FX involves taking an auto or a Uber. I will probably stay there again.

Good for business trips and solo traveller's. Good location, but the cost of hotel is little higher..food is all ok..service is also ok.. all this feedback is on basis of solo travel.

I stayed with The Place Radisson for 01 nights during my official visit to gurugram. Hotel is very clean and maintained, staff is very polite and welcoming. Spicely hostess her name is Vandana Breakfast spread is very good, enjoyed the food taste and Radisson Hospitality. I would like to visit the place again in future.

I had an amazing experience at The place , members of Radisson hotel, gurgaon. The staff were incredibly polite and always eager to assist, making me feel right at home. My room was clean , comfortable and beautiful maintained. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast buffet which offered a wide variety of choices. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I truly appreciate vandana . She make my stay memorable.Thank you so much .
