I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Great experience and homely stay. Food is very good. Room is very spacious. You can opt for different rooms too. Surrounding area is green lush. Iffco chowk Metro is at walkable distance.

Had a great stay here and the amenities provided was very good, the staff was very friendly and available whenever needed, the place is near the main hotspot and metro, markets like galleria, etc were very close by, overall the quality of food was great and my stay was very satisfying! Special mention to the recptionalist : Payal for being available whenever needed!

The place is good for short and long term stay as the Manager Payal is very helpful and staff very friendly willing to make your stay as comfortable as ever. Perch is very convenient located near Metro station and many medical facilities. It also near the park

My stay was pleasant. Staff was courteous. Rooms are neat and clean. Food was good. It is at Ideal location, nearby park for Morning/ Evening walk and very near to Metro. Shopping area and Mall at walkable distance. Payal at Reception was very pleasant and provided all the required support at the time of check out.
