They gave me a room which was under maintenance, wash basin was leaky, room had foul smell, had to leave the room in 6 hrs only

Room is very small, torn sofa, torn bedsheets, terrible experience. Had to cancel the booking. Linen not clean, washrooms door broken, flush not working.

Unclean bed sheets, broken bed - it causes me back pain, doors cannot be locked from the outside, dirty floors and bathroom. Very bad experience

Service is miserably poor. Bed spreads, pillows and blankets covers all are not clean and small holes are around all over. Towel was like 100 yrs old. Room was stinky whole the time. How come i for about mosquitoes. They were the co-guest for us all the time.

Property is not neat and clean. They changed the bed sheets and blanket cover on request. Reception ambiance is not good. Food quality is below average.
