Stayed here recently as we have stayed on several occassions before. It was gone downhill big time since our last visit. The office foyer area was filthy, ripped fly screens lets rubbish into the office and no effort to clean it. Bags of laundry and rubbish piled up either side of the office was not a good look. The gardens and parking area is unkept and shabby to say the least. We knew the size of the rooms, so that was ok, but they were not that clean. Towel rail was swinging in the breeze, lounge was that crusty we did not sit on it and the floor was not clean. Ran out of hot water after 1 short shower and the wifi was not working. No tea cups or cutlery were present but there were tea bags........... It was only $100 for the night but not worth $50. Will not return. Try the other motel or do as we did and went to Armidale for our 2nd night in the area. Very disappointing

Save your money. Mould all through the bathroom and windowsills. Electric blankets didn’t work. No wifi. Missing half the crockery. If you need to do anything and I mean anything other then sleep then stay somewhere else. I understand you get what you pay for but I couldn’t tell you one positive about staying here
