The advertisement is misleading. No hair dryer in the washroom. Dirty lenins, bug infested bed, no hot water in the bathroom. Overall terrible experience.

Cleanliness was good, service was excellent and the staff were humble and polite however separate parking was not available yet hotel staff ensured the safety of my car and inside stuff.

The management of the hotel is not correct. The hotel owner was having a party which went on till 3 in the night and the DJ was playing at very high volume due to which our night was ruined.

Restaurant service too late. Taps leaking. TV not working. Intercom out of order. cleanliness average. There was no exhaust in the bathroom which created lot of suffocation. Location is good, situated at prime location of the city.

Wifi was not available as promised. All the locks were loose. New toiletries were not available. Bedsheets were having stains on them. Room was not spacious as shown in image. Specially sudden unavailability of wifi made my work disturbed.

The most unhygienic and ridiculous place to stay, don't stay here. The room was dirty, the washroom was dirty.
