The people who work in the hotel are super friendly, but these things could benefit from improvement: We were surprised that we received duvets without duvet covers, which were not available in the hotel. The blanket that we were provided was smelly and had stains. There were hairs in the shower, there was mold on the glasses that were provided, and the room was filled with mosquitoes. We were disappointed by these hygiene standards. While the staff were pleasant, the cleanliness issues made our stay uncomfortable. We hope management addresses these concerns.
