Great hotel, it’s like a home there’s 2 bedrooms with all the amenities you need, washing machine, microwave. Lots of storage space. Highly recommend. Will stay there again if we go there.

The location is good and the breakfast is delicious, so I visited again after a month. CGV is right next door and Lotte Mart Max is right in front. It's the best location.

I searched in a hurry on the day my Trip.com Trip Coin expired, so I couldn't see the entire room and made a reservation, so I requested a change two days before check-in, but they didn't change it. I don't know if it's a hassle to request it on the app. I clearly wanted to change it to a room that came up after searching for 2 children and 2 adults, but they said there were no extra blankets. I'm not an employee, so I don't know the details of the room change process and extra blankets, but unless the party room is fully booked, there will be extra blankets that I use, and I think there should be extra blankets that I can exchange if I ask, but they said I had to request it on the app and that it wasn't possible. The room price difference is 11,000 won. I don't know the system, but I'm very dissatisfied with the service. And, as I've seen in the reviews, There's hair on the floor and bedding in the room. The pillows are worn out and the cleanliness is terrible.. There's a lot of dust, so I shake it all off once. I thought it was possible to cook, but there were no utensils at all (no chopsticks, spoons, bowls, pots, etc.) And, looking at the blog, it says that the suite room provides drinks, snacks, etc. Why aren't there any~? Considering this, the best thing is that you can reserve this large space at this price during peak season. The room is spacious with a city view and a high-rise building view, so it's really great.
