Anonymous UserReally like this serviced apartment a lot, with a nice aesthetic design. Room was large enough for me (1 bed apartment with sofa, apparently the sofa is given as a room upgrade over the room type I booked so it can be a little misleading when booking). I stayed at Quellin Apartment block so it requires a bit of a walk from the main entrance, but the apartments in Quellin seem to be larger than the ones in the Frankrijklel block. Having heavy lugagge will not be convenient if staying in Quellin block, given there are steps between both blocks and the wheelchair lift has yet to be repaired. Towels, tea/coffee and toilet rolls are free to take from Level 1 Essentials room. If you can’t remember your PIN code, you can use the Numa app to open the entrance and room doors, just that the PIN code is still required for the lifts. It will be more ideal if room slippers are provided. Overall, I had a comfortable stay especially given it is near many supermarkets (Albert Heijn, Jumbo; while Lidl is just downstairs), steps away from Opera underground tram station, walkable to Antwerpen-Centraal Station, and walkable to Groenplaats.

Guest UserVery aestheic common area, large spaces and extra chairs in the room, clean bedding and toilet, people are friendly, really enjoyed the free water and coffee!
Unfortunately when checking in, I wasn’t told anything about how to use the locker in my room nor information on the breakfast. Plus it’s a 20-min walk to the nearest train station Berchem, and even more far away to Antwerp centraal station. But overall, great value of money!

Guest UserVery close to Antwerp Central Station. If you take the south exit and walk south for about a minute, you'll see the hotel across the street. The front desk staff were very friendly. The room had a fridge and a kettle, but the bed was made of two single beds pushed together, and the seam in the middle was uneven. It's about a 10-20 minute walk to the city center, and there's a Metro (which is actually a tram) under the train station that goes to the city center.

I highly recommend this hotel. In particular, Emma, the female receptionist, was extremely friendly and helpful. She kindly showed me where to park and even assisted me by printing some documents. I am very grateful for her excellent service.

WuyuedetiankongxiaThe hotel's location is excellent, right next to the train station, with rooms on both sides of the street, offering nice night views. It's also very close to Chinatown. City Hall Square is a bit of a walk, about 1.5 kilometers.
We booked a room with a 1.8-meter king bed and a sofa bed (which my friend said wasn't very comfortable). The room itself was quite spacious, and the price included a standard continental breakfast, which was decent.
Now for the less-than-ideal parts. The hotel initially couldn't find my booking, stating their system showed a reservation for the previous day, which wasn't mine. It took a long time to sort out the check-in process. And then, this was by far the worst night's sleep I've ever had. Around 11:30 PM, people started checking into the room next door – it felt like a whole group across several rooms. They all gathered in that one room, started playing music, singing, chatting loudly, and moving furniture around. It was incredibly noisy. After enduring it for a while, I couldn't take it anymore and called the front desk. They said they'd handle it, but after a long wait and no change, I called a second time. Someone eventually came up and knocked on their door, and they stopped the music. However, shortly after, they resumed their loud talking and laughing. Plus, I don't know where all the furniture came from, but they kept moving things around. I barely slept in the first half of the night. It was a truly dreadful experience.

Guest UserThis is an older hotel in Antwerp, so the facilities aren't brand new, but everything you need is there. The rooms are well-equipped, including a refrigerator. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. At breakfast, they're very enthusiastic and proactive in assisting you, whether it's coordinating things or getting extra food.

Amazing Hotel, even though we arrived there very late, the staff were still holding a smile. The room itself is also extremely good!

TamilyA beautifully presented hotel but the area felt a little dirty. Straight across from the train station with transport galore right outside (tram, metro, bikes, scotters and more!) Chinatown next door and the zoo as well however this area feels unloved and dirty. Walking down towards Meir and onwards to Grote Markt you see the real Antwerp with beautiful ornate buildings, markets and shops. Nighttime is when the whole place feels magical. The hotel room was clean and comfortable in size. Bathroom was lovely and the beds were fairly comfortable but the room was hot. The tv casting didn’t work and we could get any of the uk channels which was disappointing. The gym is ok - not massively well equipped and the pool is so cold. Sauna and steam good although not that hot in either. Recommend as a one night pit stop but wouldn’t want to be there for longer than a couple of days.

Very close to the Central Station, just a 5-minute walk. However, the hotel's Wi-Fi had some issues; I could connect but there was no internet. The room was also a bit old. Overall, it was okay, nothing special but not bad either.

The hotel offers free luggage storage with no time limit. However, rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy, and the blankets are quite thin. Breakfast isn't amazing, but the location is excellent, right across from the train station. If you prioritize convenience, I'd recommend booking an inner-facing room, which should be quieter. Antwerp is beautiful, and there are some really good Asian restaurants nearby.
