A simple 'thank you' felt utterly inadequate. Then there's a second story: Today, I had an early start, needing to leave for Beijing at 6:00 AM, but breakfast officially begins at 7:00 AM. I mentioned this to the restaurant server, who said she would check with her supervisor. The next day, when I checked out at 6:00 AM, the kind lady at the front desk handed me a breakfast box. Due to the tight schedule, I didn't get a chance to ask for the name of the server in the restaurant. This time, a 'thank you' simply doesn't convey my immense gratitude. My deepest respect goes out to the staff, and kudos to Mr. Du Hotel. Through your actions, you truly embody and exemplify what 'service awareness' and the 'true essence of service' are all about.

The next day, I was in a hurry to go out to do something and threw my used socks on the floor. When I got back to the hotel, the staff had already washed it for me. The room is nice, the environment and service are good. The hot spring is terrible, it feels like it will be closed at any time. There are only a few small pools indoors, and two bathtub-sized pools outdoors. There is no swimming pool, and no area for children to play in the water. The breakfast is average, there is no local noodles, the fried dough sticks taste wrong, and there is no ice cubes on hot days. If you want to play nearby, it is recommended to stay here, but if you want to play in the water, it is recommended to go to other places, anyway, the place is not big, it can be driven for ten minutes.
