__WeChat33241****This hotel has excellent service. After I got off the plane, I contacted them and they offered to pick me up from the airport and take me to the hotel. They upgraded me to the room type I had booked for free, and they even provided free late-night snacks. The next day, I had to catch an early flight, and the hotel breakfast hadn't started yet, but the front desk thoughtfully prepared some snacks and offered to take me to the airport. The driver was also very nice, and the room was very clean. I recommend this hotel if you're staying near Zhengzhou Airport!

GGuest UserTemporary stay for one night, landing pick-up is very fast, the driver master is very good! The hotel has its own parking lot, convenient parking by car! The next morning, the plane was full, the driver asked us to sit on a small stool to make do, or the first time I encountered it, and later solved the re-sent the car, but I was still not very comfortable, the points were deducted here.

The hotel has a large parking lot and the night view is beautiful. The front desk service is excellent; they were friendly and attentive, and they even helped us book a drop-off service. The breakfast was also good and plentiful, and the overall experience was very comfortable.

MMingshiThe room has complete facilities and is not small in size. The hard pillow is good, a bit like Atour's, quite comfortable, and most importantly, cost-effective.
The hotel is in a good location, very close to the airport, suitable for passengers with early and late flights, and the hotel provides pick-up service.
The first disadvantage is that the area around the hotel is rather deserted. It is recommended to walk a few hundred meters to the subway station for eating or shopping. The second disadvantage is that the hygiene is average, the cleaning is not very clean, and the bedding smells of cigarettes.

The rooms are uniquely styled with fully smart facilities – very high-end and luxurious! They also offer a complimentary buffet breakfast, and all the services are impeccably delivered. The front desk lady, Miss No. 2, was especially kind, warm, and attentive. The hotel staff mentioned there are over thirty room types, and I'm tempted to try them all! The whole-house smart system is incredibly high-tech, and the decor is super modern. There's also a Chinese restaurant serving local specialties with excellent dishes. This was my first time here, and the environment is lovely, and the service is very thoughtful. I had an early flight, so the restaurant wasn't open yet, but they thoughtfully prepared a small pastry and low-fat milk for me. I highly recommend staying here; it feels very safe and secure. Plus, the shampoo in the bathroom is amazing! Overall, the hotel's service is top-notch.
