Yan'an Hotels with Gym

I traveled with my family during the Chinese New Year, and it was our first time in Yan'an, so we chose this hotel. The value for money was excellent, and the price before the Spring Festival was very reasonable. The room was super spacious, with large, bright floor-to-ceiling windows, and it was clean and tidy. The breakfast was fantastic and delivered right to our room. The location is great, very close to Baota Mountain and also near the Erdaojie morning market!

Excellent hotel and recommended! The room was big enough for 2 of us and very clean. There are several restaurants near by. Although Trip.com shows the breakfast is from 7:00am but the actually it starts from 7:30, which was a bit late considering our schedule of the day. The breakfast restaurant staff was kind enough and we were allowed to start the breakfast from around 7:00 although the selection was limited until 7:30. Overall very good experience!

I booked this hotel because it had a stellar 5.0-star rating, and my stay was absolutely fantastic! The experience was top-notch! The location is super convenient, just a few hundred meters from Wuyue Plaza, making it an easy walk. Exploring Yan'an was a breeze. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, and the attention to detail made the stay so comfortable. The value for money is outstanding, and the breakfast was especially rich and varied. I highly recommend trying the 'hollow noodles' that were featured in 'A Bite of China' – many other hotels nearby don't offer this for breakfast, only this one does! Staying at Zhiping Hotel (Qingshui Tianhe Branch) is definitely the way to go.

The hotel provides free pick-up and drop-off service, which is very considerate. The front desk service is very good, and all communications are very smooth. We were upgraded to a new room for free. The room is very new and clean. There are laundry rooms on the second and fourth floors of the hotel, with the same configuration. There are two washing machines and one dryer, which are very new and easy to use. The laundry room is equipped with laundry detergent. The room can see the Yan River and Yan'an No. 5 Middle School opposite, and the scenery is very good. The breakfast on the first floor of the hotel is quite rich. There are rice noodles in the open stall, and the fruits are watermelon and cherry tomatoes. The porridge is basically mung bean porridge and red bean porridge every day. The fried rice is delicious, and there are several hot and cold dishes, as well as small cakes and bread. The restaurant opposite the hotel is also very delicious. The hotel is in a good location, and it is very convenient to take the bus to various attractions. A very perfect hotel, thank you.

I just stayed at the Vienna International Hotel in Yan'an New District, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! I have to give it a thumbs up! The receptionist was incredibly welcoming, which made me feel good. The check-in process was efficient and attentive, and she even thoughtfully recommended fun places and good restaurants nearby, making me feel instantly at home. The hotel also has a laundry room and a gym, which is great for business trips and vacations. I especially want to praise the mattress in the room! It's supposedly specially developed, and lying on it feels like being gently cradled by a cloud, with a perfect balance of support and softness. Even though I'm a light sleeper, I slept soundly until morning, waking up refreshed and completely free of fatigue! The breakfast the next day was also a pleasant surprise. The restaurant had an elegant ambiance and an unexpectedly wide variety of options. There was Chinese-style hot porridge and steamed buns, Western-style bread and coffee, as well as various fresh fruits, delicate pastries, and even local specialties—everything was prepared with care and tasted amazing. This hotel has a very high-end feel in terms of decor and facilities, exuding sophistication, but the prices are very reasonable, making it excellent value for money! Next time, whether it's for business or leisure, I will definitely choose this Vienna International Hotel again!

This is my second time here. The room is clean, tidy, and well-arranged. It's equipped with a smart assistant, and they even have a robot for room service. The hotel pays attention to requests and called me beforehand to ask if I needed airport pickup. The front desk staff are gentle and thoughtful. Although the hotel's location is a bit out of the way, Yan'an is a small city. As long as you're not going to the New Area, a 10-minute taxi ride will get you anywhere. Getting to Erdao Street also only takes about ten minutes.

Atour Hotel's service was excellent. The front desk staff greeted us with smiles during check-in, and the car service was warm and attentive. The room we were assigned had good soundproofing and powerful air conditioning. The hotel has free parking, and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel facilities were comprehensive, including a free laundry room and gym. Upon check-out, the front desk staff even gave us a small gift and some warm water – the service was superb! Thumbs up!

I stayed at the Wanda Realm Yan'an for seven consecutive nights during the Chinese New Year, and the overall experience was incredibly comfortable. I have to give it a great review! A special shout-out to front desk manager Anna, whose service was exceptionally detailed and thoughtful. Not only did she upgrade us for free to a special 'kang' room (a traditional heated bed), but she also had the air conditioning on in advance, so we walked into a wonderfully warm room – truly considerate. Every staff member we encountered at the hotel was also enthusiastic and made us feel very welcome. If you're visiting Yan'an, choosing Wanda Realm is definitely the right choice!

This is an old hotel; the lobby looks nice, but that's about it. What we needed were comfortable guest rooms. Overall, the room facilities were outdated. The first room was dimly lit upon entering, as it relied on auxiliary lighting; only one of the spotlights was working. The door lock was broken. We called the front desk, and they said there were no rooms available but we could change rooms. After we asked to go upstairs to check, they said we could change rooms. The second room was better lit but still dimly lit. Our child said it felt very oppressive and uncomfortable. We thought we'd just make do. My husband wanted to boil water to sterilize the kettle, but found that the kettle plug had only two prongs instead of three, and the socket was broken. We moved it to another location, but it was still broken. For safety reasons, we had to put up with it. We finally got hot water for our child in the lobby the next day after checking out. The experience was terrible!

We chance upon this hotel due to chance of travel plan. Excellent and helpful staff. They assisted us in checking in, even upgraded our room. Location of hotel was ideal, next to the main attraction. For the price we paid, it is inclusive of breakfast. Value for money. There’s also a local street market and some local eateries nearby. We had a yummy handmade local noodle for dinner.
