Amazing
GGuest UserThis is the best Ritz-Carlton we have ever visited! The hotel is very new, and the valet parking service was wonderful. The check-in process was very smooth, and our room featured a stunning Japanese design touch, making it truly exceptional.
While the gym is a bit small, it has everything you need for a great workout. The location is prime, and we were pleased to find that a late check-out was available.
Overall, our experience was fantastic!
AAnonymous UserThis is a very new hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, private, and well-designed. The location is excellent, making it convenient to go downstairs for meals or shopping. Being on a higher floor offers great views, and the balcony is a lovely touch.
It's within walking distance of Parco, Mitsukoshi, Iwataya, Daimaru, Bic Camera, and the trendy fashion streets.
The service was good; the front desk staff spoke excellent English and helped us switch to two rooms on the same floor for an extra charge. The only downside is that it was a bit pricey.
The yakiniku restaurant downstairs is good, and there was no queue at Ichiran.
I would definitely consider staying here again if I return to Fukuoka.

Great
IidolphindoFirst off, the hotel's location is superb. The airport shuttle stops right downstairs, and there's direct subway access from the B2 level via elevator, which is incredibly convenient. While the hotel facilities are a bit simple, they are spotlessly clean and tidy. The bedding and room temperature settings are also very thoughtful – not too hot, not too cold – surpassing most five-star hotels back home. Plus, they offer complimentary soba noodles and sake in the evenings, which is an absolute steal! The hotel breakfast is decent too, with a good variety of options, including burgers that kids will love. Oh, and next to the lobby there's a nice dessert and casual dining spot where hotel guests get a 10% discount. It's super easy to explore and find food nearby, making it highly recommended for family trips!

Very Good
AAnonymous UserIt's a resort-style hotel. It feels very comfortable. The room is large enough, the view is open, and it has a balcony. The balcony is also equipped with a sofa and mosquito killer lamp. The bathroom has a massage pool big enough for two people.
AAnonymous UserThe breakfast spread was quite generous, featuring milk and even sparkling wine. While the carpets in the public areas had a noticeable, unpleasant odor, the carpets in the rooms were thankfully fine. The hotel is conveniently located just a three-minute walk from the beach. However, the beach itself was quite littered. On a positive note, the hotel's expansive lawn was a standout feature. My east-facing room offered lovely views of the sunrise.
GGuest UserSet up a base in the city and exercise with friends at a nearby golf course in the morning.
In the afternoon, there was no problem finding restaurants and shopping nearby.
It's convenient if you have a car
GGuest UserI realized at the last minute that I had made a mistake and booked the wrong room, so I contacted the hotel and they accommodated by upgrading my room. I'm grateful that I no longer have to find a new place to stay.
The room was spacious, had a separate bathroom and toilet, and was clean, so I was able to spend a comfortable night.
It was also great value that breakfast was included for this price.
I would definitely consider this hotel again if I have the opportunity.
