Ai Condition (heating) did not work properly - and strangely there was no wine card in the restaurant (at dinner).

Guest UserNice hotel Strong smell of sewer pipes No windows in my room Couldn’t open them to get fresh air or get rid of that smell Complained next morning They told me that they were aware of it but I meed it to complain in order for them to switch me to a different room Kind of rude answer I wont come back I saw other reviews with the
