한한송이 SONG YIThis hotel was absolutely wonderful, I'd give it full marks! Check-in was delayed because our room wasn't ready, but while we waited, they kindly offered us a small tea service. When we finally got into the room, I was surprised by how much bigger it was than what was shown on the booking site, and everything looked exactly like the photos. The bathroom was spacious, the hot water worked perfectly, the water pressure was strong, and the towels were lint-free, which I really appreciated. I'm not sure if it was just our room, but I was also impressed by how accessible the bathroom was for guests with disabilities (even the light switches were installed lower). The rooftop pool, though small, was great because it had separate sections for kids and adults, and the view was absolutely stunning. When we returned after going out, we found a box of chocolate muffins and a note apologizing for the late check-in. I was touched by their thoughtful customer care again, especially since we were already grateful for the tea and cookies they provided earlier. We only stayed here for one night on the last day of our trip, and it was so good that I truly regretted not staying longer. If I plan another trip, I would definitely want to stay here for the entire duration. The only minor downside was that there was no mosquito net on the balcony, and the gap between the window frame and the wooden door frame allowed mosquitoes to get in. If that could be fixed, it would be absolutely perfect.

AAnonymous UserI keep on coming back to this hotel whenever I am in Aklan and still gets amazed with the coordinated work of the employees and how they exceeded my expectations. Coast’s best assets are not just the location, timely airport transfer, their Filipino breakfast buffet, but most of all—-its employees.
Thank you to Zel, Mercy, the concierge, Vea, Bryan/drivers, the guys who helped take care of us while on the beach, and I forgot the other names but— to everyone who made our stay really pleasantly memorable, thank you!

AAnonymous UserStayed on the same floor with the resto and reception.
Across the resto.
Very noisy sa bar up to 10-11pm.
You can also hear yung dumadaan And kabilang room.
During our stay, The other room may nag iiyakan, other room may sumusuka. Haha!🥴
Across the room naman, sound ng spoon and fork na inaayos until midnight. Pag may dumadaan rinig mo lahat.
My sister had to use noise cancelling earphones just to sleep.
On the other hand. Goods yung turn down service. May pa goodnight snack whenever we go back sa room after dinner. And bed and pillow- soft and comfy. Cozy room also.
Helpful staff and approachable. Noisy lang talaga for those na di makatulog ng maingay.
Also, when we checked in. Sa madarin island yung drop and we had to walk to mandarin nest for about 5-7mins walk since di accessible ng etrike yung hotel. If you want to ride an e trike naman, you have to walk thru d-mall and to the road. Dmall is right beside the hotel. May jolibee and mang inasal sa baba ng hotel.

GGuest UserThe in-room amenities are pretty standard, similar to what you'd find in a 1000+ RMB per night hotel back home – nothing special, nothing bad, just average. The 2300 RMB per night price mainly covers the hotel's private beach, services (kids' club, with daily craft classes and occasional pool parties), and the public facilities (three pools, including a kids' pool).
We stayed for 10 nights, and when we checked out, they provided complimentary transfer to the airport (car + speedboat + car). We only had to pay the government's environmental protection fee and island entry fee ourselves. This service was absolutely excellent! When you check out, you might want to ask if they can offer this service.
If it's your first time staying and you want an airport pick-up, I recommend contacting the hotel directly, as the airport transfer fee through Ctrip for this hotel is very expensive.
The hotel is next door to the Movenpick Resort, and then next to that is the Shangri-La Hotel. You might want to compare prices.
AAndrea CheskaWe stayed at Hue Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was such a lovely experience for our whole family. We really loved the ambiance relaxing, stylish, and very comfortable. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the food was consistently good.
What stood out the most was how friendly and welcoming the staff were. Everyone made us feel at home, from the pool attendant to the bar staff. Special mention to the guy at the bar counter (I’m sorry I forgot your name!) and to the intern Amarah both were very kind, attentive, and always smiling.
My family truly enjoyed our stay, and Hue Hotel is a place we would happily return to. We’ll definitely be coming back and staying with Hue again. Highly recommended!

KKangsillasI had a wonderful three-day stay at this hotel.
The service from the front desk, restaurant, and concierge was exceptional. The staff were all very friendly and promptly helped with any issues, making me feel very comfortable.
The room was spotless and meticulously cleaned every day.
The food was delicious with a good variety of options.
From my room, I could see the beautiful pool outside, which was a lovely view and really brightened my mood.
The hotel offers a shuttle service to D'Mall, which was incredibly convenient.
Plus, it's just a few minutes' walk to White Beach, so the location is truly excellent.
Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

GGuest User100000+ for the view! Place is very peaceful staffs are nice and friendly but inconsistent still with some delays with our orders. My concerns are add more meal options for dinner and lunch, upgrade your television, some channels are not available and no YT and Netflix and also fun activities since the place is far from restaurants and entertainments. But overall we enjoy our 3days stay🩷 thank u lind

GGuest UserOur stay at the Savoy Hotel was amazing. We had a lot of fun by the pool, at the gym, or playing ping pong. We also got a massage at the Lila spa that we really enjoyed. Our room was comfortable, clean, there was a balcony. Our towels were changed every day, garbage was picked up, sheets were changed every other day.
The staff were great, polite, attentive, helpful. They deserve a lot of praise, especially the shuttle bus driver, Chris, who really made our trip even better providing a lot of information about the island and the Philippine tradition.
The food was tasty. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of food. The Newcoast beach is a walking distance from the hotel, and the famous Keyhole is nearby that beach. The dmall and white beach area are just 20 mins away by free shuttle bus.
Thank you, Savoy, for such a wonderful experience! 🤗
DDarina Muradyant’s a good hotel but a little bit tired. We had big room with 2 comfortable beds. The view was so-so- on the roof, but one day we saw monkeys there - it was fun ! The territory of the hotel is very beautiful- a lot of plants, trees and flowers. The staff is very polite, friendly and helps with any questions. The breakfast is quite good - eggs, pancakes, vegetables, fruits, fresh juice, coffee- in common we had all what we need. We like swimming pool - it’s big and beautiful. The beach of Movenpick is good too, but it was bad weather, so unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy it as well. And of course we liked chocolate hour - it was so tasty !
GGuest UserWe are disappointed in what we got for a 4 Star hotel. The interior should be changed. The smell makes you sick. Lucky that we got another room a little bit better.
The hotel staff was very kind and helpful to make our stay nice.
