Best hotel, best staff! Never regret choosing this hotel

From the instant I checked in at Biblos Resort, the service was exceptional. Following a lengthy day of travel, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I had been upgraded to a spacious room with a swim-up pool – this was the highlight of my stay. The accommodation was impeccably designed and spotlessly clean, providing a welcoming, home-like atmosphere. Furthermore, the staff's genuine friendliness and outstanding service truly capped off my experience. Will definitely be my preferred place to stay when I’m back in Alacati.

The location of the hotel is a bit north, a little bit off. The room is very large and the decoration style is very simple. The color is also very Nordic. On the cliffs by the sea, there is an elevator to go down to the beach, there are beach chairs on the dam on the beach, there are beach lounge chairs under the cliffs, and there is also a swimming pool in the yard. There is a SPA on the first floor, the technicians are all from Thailand, and they get off work very early.

The hotel was excellent, breakfast was extensive and delicious. Only a little bit is due to the location of the hotel on a mountain floor, it is difficult for people with a child car or wheelchair to go from the parking to the rooms or to the pool.

We had a wonderful stay at Genesis Hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The entire hotel was spotless, and all facilities were in excellent condition. We also really enjoyed the breakfasts, and the gym was surprisingly well-equipped, making it easy to keep up with our workouts. Overall, Genesis is a small, cozy, and very well-managed hotel. We would definitely stay here again and can recommend it with complete confidence. 100% recommended.

I stayed here with my husband during the Eid al-Adha holiday. I specifically chose this hotel because it advertised a pool, but unfortunately, the pool was under maintenance, so we couldn't use it. Also, the grassy area around the pool was completely yellow and dry. In our room, the fixtures in the bathroom were covered in limescale and soap residue, but other than that, I was happy with the room. The water in the bathroom was salty, likely seawater. The hotel's location is very close to everything, but the roads leading to it are extremely bad, almost like a rural village. However, since I live in Izmir, I'm used to these kinds of country roads. It would be challenging for those accustomed to driving on modern, well-maintained roads.
