Bossier Parish Hotels with Gym

Great room but it was overbooked. So they canceled our reservation and we ended up paying a higher rate. I would give the hotel a five out of four I will give your service a one out of five. Your rates very deceptive because the hotel was overbooked by your company so hotel cancelled your reservation and we got charged a much higher rate. The only room available was not appropriate for our party. It was embarrassing! I would hope that Trip.Com would make it right with this customer.

It is right by an interstate so can be very loud. There was no microwave in our room. Housekeeping was to be upon request only and when we came back from being out for the day someone had “partially” cleaned our room and did not leave any towels and wash rags. Room was kind of warm and had sign on wall thermostat that said to use floor unit and floor unit said to use the wall and when I asked which to use was advised to try them both. Wasn’t a horrible person experience but definitely would not stay here again if given the option.

We had a blast! The hotel staff was awesome! The whole family had a good time.
