GGuest UserStaff was pleasant and hotel relatively clean. Breakfast was marginal, at best. The biggest complaint I have is the charge upfront for ”incidentals” (20% of the rate). I just learned that even though we had no incidentals the charge to my credit card for that was not credited at checkout, but instead will show up on my credit card later. I was informed that could take up to 2 weeks! Choice Hotels or the individual hotel are thus using every patron's money for 2 weeks--I call that a scam!

GGuest UserThess guys are the best! Have stayed here over 30 days in last year or so and always on point and amazing customer service. Pool is axtually warm and open till 10 and has great breakfast. Manager is super kind and all front desk people really care.
