CChristy HouchenGreat time fun outdoor furniture space my kids loved the basket Ball court the pool and hot tub was beautiful just weather wasn't good the fire pit was beautiful and warm and the other guests were friendly the sweet lady who checked us in was amazing and friendly the Wycliffe champagne is amazing breakfast could be a little more better but at least it's beautiful 😍❤️ but don't eat the McDonald's nextdoor it sux and absolutely didn't get the order right after 4 time's I gave up

Lloganm818This hotel is severely overrated online. We chose it bc it was the same price as other hotels, but with a 4.5 rating. Really, it is closer to a 3.5, so take that into consideration when booking.
Room was clean, but the bathroom stank like fake cleaning product, as did the elevator. Located in Central Frisco, but South Frisco is where everything important is. Staff was courteous. Shower lost hot water for a bit. Breakfast was good.

Mediocre and end up being hard after an hour of laying on them. Shower/tub had a little
Mold around the edges. No free coffee available downstairs like they use to have. Service was very friendly. Pool looked a bit dirty. The price is not worth the stay. I’ve stayed in way nicer places for
A lot less. Mediocre hotel for me. I should have just picked the one down the road that was nicer stay at quality inn for half the price. I thought hiltons were supposed to be to be way better than this for this price.

GGuest UserFor this time the front desk guys were so nice! Polite and eficient! (They were not the same as last time).
The breakfast is good, also the guest laundry each has 2 pairs of nice machines.
O got a bigger room this time, but still with the lights to much poor! Even hard to organize your luggage at night time.
But I recomend the hotel anyway.

GGuest UserLocation very easy with restaurants and markets all within walking distance. Rooms large and very clean and house keeping attentive. They also are not intrusive - pool is clean, breakfast is a bit better than the usual that you get other mid range hotels. The front of house staff are fantastic and friendly with lots of advice and help. Only one was well below par who was absolutely a ”not my job” person with atrocious customer facing skills - if you get her then dont bother asking anything, wait til the shift changes and all will be well, everyone else is a dream.
So - overall, very happy - clean, big rooms, fridges and miscrowaves in all rooms, large rooms, beds are proper King size and everything feels new. DO book here - DONT book across the street at the Baymont as you will absolutely regret it!
