Our hotel is off US Route 6, five minutes from I-70. We within 30 minutes of ski areas at Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, Keystone, and Breckenridge. The Lake Dillon Marina, park, and amphitheater are just a mile down the road, offering sailing, fishing, and summertime activities and entertainment. Enjoy mountain and lake views from our rooftop bar and restaurant.

This "one of a kind" unit is 1300 square feet, with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and can sleep 6 comfortably. This condo has a beautiful interior, cozy beds, and has been well taken care of. The kitchen has been recently remodeled with new kitchen cabinets and granite countertops, complete with updated appliances to make your own meals. A comfortable family room with a TV and fireplace for relaxing after a day on the slopes or hiking on nearby trails. A short shuttle ride will take you to Keystone Ski Resort. This condo is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Beautiful views right on the lake of the mountains and of Snake River. A paved path for walking or biking is just right outside our condo. Guests also have access to Keystone Spa, which includes a resort-shared outdoor, heated pool (year-round), two indoor jacuzzis, steam room, sauna room, and a workout/gym facility. [Additional 'for pay' amenities include massages, facials, and other spa treatments. Must book directly with Keystone Lodge and Spa. NOTE: This is an upstairs until with a little over one floor in steps to get into the unit. And the unit itself is over two stories (2nd and 3rd floor) -- with bathrooms and bedrooms on the top floor. Parking is on the back side of the complex. ALSO PLEASE NOTE: the language VRBO is using when you book the damage protection is a bit confusing. If you don't select the $99 insurance coverage, they will charge you the full $5,000 now -- while fully refundable after your stay (assuming no damages), that is a significant outlay. The Springs is the best complex in River Run. It has an amazing rock pool with water slides, hot tubs, and fire pits. This is on the top floor, with vaulted ceilings and a view of the slopes. It has two patios, one off the main living area and one off the master bedroom. Unit features:- Slope-facing views- Vaulted ceilings- New furniture- The character of a ski-getaway- 1,850 square feet - Incredible mountain views- Washer/dryer in-unit (bring detergent)- 5 flat screen TVsBuilding features:- Year-round swimming pool - Hot tubs- Steam room- Shared grill by pool- Small gym- Pool tableIf you are going to Keystone, River Run is the place to stay. Access to pools, hot tubs, restaurants, bars, and walking distance to the gondola. If you choose River Run, Springs is the best complex to choose. Many of the other complexes all share the same swimming pool. Springs has its own facilities, including the best pool at Keystone.Springs offers complimentary Wifi, underground garage parking, ski storage, laundry facilities and outdoor hot tubs on site. Sleeping accommodations: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, Queen sofa sleeper, full-sized bunk beds. Condo sleeps 12 comfortably.Springs has a kids playroom and a theater room on-site. I'm not likely to negotiate rates as I already set the rates at a fair level for this property and time of year. I just say this because I seem to get 2-3 offers per day below the quoted rates. The property is within 15 miles of 5 world class ski resorts. It is approximately 1 hour from the west side of Denver and 1 hour 30 minutes from the Denver Airport. Centrally located to Keystone, A-Basin, Loveland Ski Area, and Breckenridge, or a close drive to Copper Mountain (20 mins). Vail is about a 45 min drive.Walking distance to restaurants, breweries, playgrounds, the bike path, and the Lake Dillon marina.There is an independent fitness center in the same building as the condo, which offers day or week passes.
