Extremely disappointed to find fireplace in room wasn’t even in working order / connected up which was a main reason for booking this overpriced hotel. We were told someone would fix it which of course didn’t happen and wasn’t acknowledged our whole stay. The heater remote was also broken so only had one temp flat out fan. So couldn’t have that on either. The room pictures are absolutely not that you actually get. Incredible false advertising to say the least. All in all look elsewhere. So many other great places in the area where they care for their guests.

I really like the hot pool spa and swimming pool, sauna room, I stay in it for a long time every day to relax, my body is warm and detoxified. The staff at the front desk are very professional and always answer questions patiently. Every day, the housekeeper cleans the room cleanly, and it feels very comfortable to return to the hotel. Will stay here next time.

I have stayed at three hotels in Jackson and Teton Village. This is a good rule, but it is still good. The grade is a four-star class, the room is large, there is extra space for entering the door. Toilet sliding door, two sinks. There is also a large bathtub, which is not very clean but actually clean. The things in the hotel are basically charged, including the bear on the bed. But the bed is very comfortable and big. If you go skiing, this hotel is good. If you go to Jackson, it is recommended to stay in Jackson’s Twilight Parrot Hotel. It’s not much, but the service is better.

Breakfast was provided in the morning. There were more types of breakfast than ordinary hotels. It was quite rich and very close to Antler Park. It's close, you can get there by walking!

The price is relatively high, but the price of this place is not cheap. It is said that the suite is actually the area of the ordinary room, separated into two small rooms, and the services and facilities are also general.

The next morning, I borrowed the bicycle prepared by the hotel and turned the town around. It was a very beautiful and characteristic town. It is more than 20 minutes drive from Grand Teton Park. Breakfast is simpler and less. The attitude of the front desk clerk is not very warm.

We ordered one day in advance without meals, the price is more than 2,000, a little expensive, about 1 km away from Antler Park in Jackson Town, if time is available, it is recommended to live in a small town far away from the scenic area or back to Salt Lake City.
