Amazing
GGuest UserIt is much better than I expected! Room is big and clean. Breakfast has pretty choice. Location is good. Serving is excellent. It is close to free way but it is very quiet inside the room. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserThe hotel is old but clean. Location is good, with Target, quite a few restaurants nearby. The staff there are quite helpful and friendly. Ala Carte breakfast was decent also. I also wanna recommend a perfect spot for watching sunset: Dixie Rock, 6-min drive from the hotel.
RRoxanneGood basic hotel. My phone charger disappeared after cleaning though. And pool towels are more like small.gym towels, not big enough to wrap around am adult waist. Over all good hotel for quick stays
GGuest UserWe booked a King room through Trip.com. However, when we arrived, the Hotel informed us that we booked a Standard Room and gave us a two queen room. We showed them our Trip.com booking confirmation and they simply said we should book directly through the hotel. They refused to address the issue, offer a compromise/solution or even to apologize for the mix-up. Customer service was absolutely horrible. Needless to stay, I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again.
Our trip was extended and we booked with a Marriott for our additional nights. They treated us like valued customers and made us feel we were the only ones staying in the hotel. Holiday Inn could learn from other hotels.
VVerena-rgrSuper modern hotel! The staff was very nice and premature.
Breakfast was great! Free coffee and water all day. Great equipment in the lobby (different table games, TV, billiard,...) also we were allowed to use the microwave in the lobby
We felt very well.
JJuexiaodiFirst of all, I think the location is very good. There are gas stations and supermarkets around. Most importantly, the hotel provides free ice water, ice cubes, hot water and hot coffee. Those who understand will understand. The breakfast is also good, not rich, but you can eat it with confidence. The bed is big enough and the facilities are average.
GGuest UserI got a $47 a night price so I can’t complain too much. The amenities for the kids is great-pool, hot tub, basket ball court, mini golf. The building shows its age but that doesn’t bother me staying at a place if it is clean. The bed was clean and comfortable enough. My main and only complaint was the towels. The entire point of white hotel towels is you can bleach them and people can see they are clean. The towels were so old they don’t bleach the dirt out anymore and they are still using them or their washing facilities don’t work. Why? This is an easy fix and they felt too gross to use for me. All 3 wash cloths were dingy looking and one had a clear lipstick mark on it that hadn’t washed out. Of the three towels I got only one looked clean enough to use. People can be ok with an aging building Red Lion if things are clean. This is an easy fix. I might stay here again at that deal, but it’s a definite maybe.
