FflorawwfThis is a hotel with a relatively old age, but like many hotels in American towns, it is clean and tidy. We have a kitchen. There is a Wal-Mart not far from it. You can buy things and cook them yourself. The hotel also has an American breakfast. The hotel is a few steps away. The pier of Lake Geneva is Lake Geneva. The sunset is quiet and beautiful. You can take a boat to see the lake, and the beautiful villas of different shapes by the lake, watch those people operate the yacht, watch the elderly fish for a long time, and chat with everyone passing by. After the fish caught, put the fish back into the lake, so it can be a good day.

GGuest UserVery beautiful lake view from our balcony. It’s worth the higher room charge (as opposed to the hillview). Very friendly staff, got a machine in the lobby where you can brew coffee, chocolate or tea for free. Love that! We also ordered pizza at the Italian restaurant inside the hotel & got 10% off being hotel guests, Food was so so but it’s good to take the food we ordered & enjoyed them in the balcony!

My only complaints are I wish they cleaned the rooms better. It’s incredibly dusty behind couches and end tables and in carpet along baseboards. And I wish there bedding, blankets specifically, were a bit warmer and more comfortable. Otherwise, we are very satisfied with the stay.

GGuest UserIt's okay here in Lake Geneva, the hotel is in a good location, you can walk to the lake or the various restaurants in the city center! The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi are also very suitable for bringing a baby! The cleanliness of the room can only be said to be average 😳 depends on personal understanding

LLuvmarleyThis is my second time to stay here. I have a service dog who is an ESA, which I had informed the hotel of when I made the booking. I had stayed there the previous weekend and when I checked in, there weren’t any issues with any of the staff with my having an ESA staying there. I only had an incident with the night manager who complained about the dog being in the hotel. This is when I was on the way to eat at the restaurant. The host & the server had no issues with the dog being there and they commented that she was actually more behaved than many small children that come the food was amazing btw. I twice had the dog near me as well in the pool area tethered while I was swimming & while I was in the hot tub & there were no issues with the staff then. However, the next time I stayed, they would not let me have the dog with me in the pool area tethered. They then ended up kicking me out of the hotel as I would not leave the pool as I felt this to be unjust as the dog wasn’t bothering anyone. Also, she cannot be in the room by herself as she will cry & bark which would bother our neighbors. I also will not leave her in the car. Basically because of my ESA dog-a Pomski of 14lbs, I was kicked out of the hotel at 10:30 at night escorted by 3 policemen on a Saturday with nowhere to stay. I had to sleep on my friends couch for a few hours, and find another place to stay the next day which excepted my ESA dog without any issues. I will not be staying at this resort again because of this horrific experience.
