The hotel is located in a very quiet and convenient community. There are breakfast shops and convenience stores outside. It is a ten-minute walk to the Bernabéu Stadium and the subway. Although the room facilities are a bit old, they are clean and tidy, with spacious space and complete facilities. A very satisfactory stay after landing in Madrid

Check-in is difficult because the bathroom is being repaired without contacting us in advance.
I went because they said they would change to another hotel, and it was H10 cubic.
I made a reservation for the H10 Metropolitan Terrace Room... I went to the changed room.
It is a terrace shared by 4 rooms on the 1st floor.
If you didn't close the curtains, you could clearly see the rooms next to you;
The terrace itself is also surrounded by surrounding buildings.

Hygiene: Very good

Facilities: Infinity pool is quite interesting

Environment: There are too few shops around, and you need to go far away for food and shopping

Service: Relatively good, the restaurant service is quite detailed, good
