🙂: The room is tidy, the bed is comfortable, my room has a small terrace, and the environment is acceptable
😕: The shower head 🚿 has low water pressure and is hard to imagine as a shower head in a four-star hotel. I paid for the dinner buffet at my own expense (very cheap, 225.000 VND), which was similar to the breakfast buffet the next morning. Some of the food was not too fresh.
All in all, the price (about 1.200.000 VND per night) does not match the quality🙁

New hotel, ok interior! … breakfast ok! Reasonable price! If there was a bellboy it would be so much better! The front desk staff should check the guest's booking information for the convenience of the guest to check in!

Lovely hotel next to the river so Lovely views from restaurant. Rooms are clean and comfortable with very modern bathrooms. Food was good though not much fruit at the buffet breakfast. A short cab ride or long walk, around 1.8 km o to town centre.

It is a better modern hotel in Ha Giang mountainous city. 2km milestone to downtown is before the hotel. The picture in google map looks nice. The hotel overlook Lo river. The long distance bus station is near the hotel in walking distance. The motorbike rental stores can be found in walking distance. In the city there are only two 4* hotel. it has more elevators and the staff use a separate one. It is also a Day 0 hotel before/after your Ha Giang Road trip. Another 4* hotel located in the downtown. For the breakfast, it follows the international standard. It is still like the government hotel. The hotel has some atmosphere/smell at the lobby. The garage is big for cars and motorcycles parking. The elevators can reach from the garage to guest floors. It is good to book with the Booking/Agoda. At Ha Giang, there are not many choice for big hotels. Many westerns went to the road trip and stay at the hostels. Some tour group will stay in the 4* hotels.

Half decent place to stay for reasonable price. Overall the hotel is nice and certainly nice for 48 bucks a night. Cleanliness was good. Gets a little noisy at night with the concrete walls in the hallways. Everything echoes people’s voices/doors closing etc. Limited western TV options.. so be it. Great views of the mountains on the back side of the hotel and some good room service options.

The location is very center. It is easy to get to many famous places in Hanoi. Max and his staffs are kindly and helpful. In there you can book the good tours also. I had good experience and definitely come back this hotel next time. Thanks

Really nice double room for $60 USD. Laundry done in 5hrs. Air-conditioning, WiFi, reasonably priced in-house restaurant with gluten free food, huge breakfast buffet of traditional foods (but you better be there before 7am), great riverside view. Great place to decompress after the 3-day road tour loop.

Stayed at the Phoenix before starting my 3 day Ha Giang loop motorcycle trip. The staff were excellent, the view outstanding and the food delicious. The rooms are clean and the bed was very comfortable. Very nice hotel, I definitely recommend it.
