Melia Vinpearl Cua Sot Beach Resort

Due to the cold and rainy weather we have nearly been the only guests. If you look for a calm and relaxing place outside the city, Melia Vinpearl Cua Sot Beach is the right place for you. The whole staff of the hotel is amazing. Kind and friendly and loved to play with our baby. We also had the chance to enjoy our breakfast while our baby got entertainment. Mrs. Na is amazing, she is so supportive even before we arrived to the hotel. She really loves her job and gives her best to satisfy your requests. Huge thank you! Thank you to the whole team, you are amazing and we will not forget our stay! Some Feedback: -price of the restaurant is a bit high, considering that this restaurant is nearly the only option for the guests. Prices for room dining are OK.

It’s a very beautiful resort. The beach is very nice. And the area is beautiful with all the fields and farmers. Also the Villas with a private pool are very luxurious and beautiful. A nice get-away from the city-chaos. The staff is very friendly and polite and the food is also good. Duty Manager Na was very helpful, professional and nice. We were there just for a few days and enjoyed every second. There is also a water park and a ferris wheel that was closed due to mid-season but looked like fun. We highly recommend!

What a wonderful discovery the Melia Vinpearl Của Sốt has been! We drove here from Hanoi, which took over 5 hours, so we were tired and probably a bit grumpy when we arrived. However, as soon as we arrived we began to relax. We were greeted at reception by Na, who showed us to comfy seats with refreshing drinks overlooking the swimming pool while she sorted out our check in. Having checked us in, Na then took us by golf buggy to our beautiful beach view family villa and made sure we were comfortably settled. And what a family villa it is! Our daughters (aged 15 and 12) were absolutely blown away, as were we! I would be very happy to live here full time! The villa comprises two huge bedrooms, one twin, one king, both with large en-suite bathrooms, a further WC, and then an open plan living area with a decent sized kitchen, six-seater dining table, and a beautiful living room with two three-seater sofas, an arm chair and a big TV. French windows lead from the living room (and also the main bedroom) to the private swimming pool. From there, it is less than a five minute walk to the beautiful beach, unoccupied by anyone other than hotel residents. If you are looking for total tranquility, this isn’t quite it, as there was loud music playing by the main hotel area, but as the hotel has a huge stretch of pristine beach all to itself, you don’t have to walk too far to leave the disco beats behind. As we are off the beaten track (for non-Western tourists), we were expecting the staff at the Melia to have very little English and sadly our Vietnamese is not very good. While most of the (fantastic!) staff do not have good English, there are a couple of members of staff who speak English very well indeed; Na and Bao, who met us at our arrival, and then provided us with outstanding customer service during our stay. No request was too much, and all the staff went above and beyond to make our stay truly relaxing.

The villa we stayed in was huge and beautiful. Lots of space and balconies to sit on and marvel at the beach. Landscape at the resort is gorgeous with sprawling lawns, the ocean, trees and flowers. The staff are very nice and accommodated my vegan food requests at every corner, special Ms Na (duty manager) very helpful and friendly. Private pool is very nice. Excellent Villa for families with children!! Thumbs Up! Will return again

I recently stayed at the Melia Vinpearl Cua Sot Beach Resort for three nights with my friends. The resort's location was stunning with an amazing beach. The facilities were top-notch and very clean. Overall, my stay at the resort was truly memorable and I would love to come again. The stay was great thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by Ms. Na, the Duty Manager. She spoke excellent English and was always available to answer our questions, provide recommendations and helping us with transportation.

Friendly staffs & very nice service through our 5 days business trip. Mr Quân GM is professional man with well arrangement for the whole business. Ms Na from front office assisted us thoughtfully. Food is also nice, specially Pho in the morning ! Thanks all for a memorable trip.

The business trip could have been so mundane without the help of Mr. Ti and Chef Kien, and Trang from Sand Dream restaurant. They provided our team with such personal care and professional standards. Will definitely come back for our next trips!

I usually do not go to Ha Tinh for any trip, however Vinpearl HT brought me such a good impression. Special thanks to Mr. Ti, chef Kiên, Ms. Bich, Mr. Định and the kitchen team for such a great breakfast buffet
