I was well received. It's a pity that communication with Trip was poor, but they handled it well. Excellent location near the center and parking garage nearby. Excellent room with free WiFi and good TV. Only I think the breakfast is very pricey for what I got

Despite being located next to a Day Rave club this hotel was quiet. Comfortable beds, well appointed necessities for an overnight stay in Haarlem.

Excellent location -- not only for the Centrum/town centre but also the concert we were attending which was next door! Very cordial and helpful staff. Comfortable, clean room with a good shower. (My only wish was a carpeted floor instead of wood laminate, which is cold in nature and to the touch!) Good breakfast options. A very pleasant experience I would gladly repeat.

Building and room were very clean, lots of windows, excellent mattress. Breakfast was a good value. Staff on hand full time for questions.

Elevators impossible for blind people to use. Cupboards in rooms dangerous for blind people. Nowhere to hang bath towels. Bedside tables too small. Duvets too hot and no cooler option.

Lovely clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Only reason one star was lost is that the safe in my room was not functioning, and the safe was missing from my parents room. Would be nice if some dining options were available in the evenings.

The room was very comfortable and clean. It was a good size.
Our main problem was that it was freezing. We were there in the beginning of August it was 15c. At night. We couldn't heat up the room. The desk clerk brought 1 single quilt for the 2 of us. The morning clerk said she would take care of it and only the third clerk the second eveing succeeded in turning up the hest. The breakfast was tasty. Nice choice of foods. I would recommend it.
